To be completely fair, management did make an effort to make things right. We were given a refund as well as a $20 coupon to come back and try them again, which we appreciated. So, we decided to do exactly that. This time, instead of having our pizza delivered, we went directly to the restaurant. We ordered at the cash register, waited for the pies, picked them up ourselves, and brought them home. The photos attached are the pizzas we received. At this point, I really don't think I need to say much more. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Take a look at the pies and decide for yourself what you think. I'll refrain from picking the pizzas apart ingredient by ingredient because the pictures show exactly what came out of the boxes. After a disappointing first experience, followed by a refund and an invitation to give them another opportunity, we genuinely hoped the second visit would change our opinion. Unfortunately, this was our second chance experience. At least the crust was tasty.

Gino's has the best pizza in Yonkers I use to go here all the time growing up I lived around the corner in southwest Yonkers in the late 70s and the pizza is still the same I remember I had my 1st little date in this pizzeria all they focus on is making pizza they never went with the trend of things like specialty pizzas no hot heros like meatball parms just good pizza the best pizza. It still taste like I remember when I was a little 8yr old girl now Im 45 and its still the best pizza in town. read more

After reading all the reviews, I decided to go finally try this place drove about 20 minutes to get there. Finally got the pizza home opened it up. It looked great, but was very disappointed. The bottom of the pizza was actually undercooked. The whole bottom of the pie was actually white. There was no crisp at all, and I found the pizza to be very salty but in the end I still had worse. We all know Yonkers doesn't have good pizza. read more

Great quality NY pizza! Great crust, large slices and great ingredients for a reasonable price. The only con, if I were to have one, is it's a cash only pizza place. Not a big deal for me, but it is worth mentioning since many people are in the habit of only carrying around credit/debit cards. read more
