As a 60-year-old Pizza-holic - Montebello's takes the spot - for the ABSOLUTE worst Pizza I've ever purchased. They put so little cheese and sauce on my $23.00 large pepperoni pizza - it was like eating sawdust. Horrible. What's worse - this is New York where we know how to make good pizza. I threw half the pie in the trash - which I've NEVER done before. They told me 15 minutes to pick up - I arrived at 20 minutes and stood until 40 minutes when my pizza was finally ready. We've been pretty regular customers here since 2011. We had my wife's baby shower catered by Montebello's. Please don't think I haven't given this place numerous chances. Unfortunately I will no longer frequent this establishment. Their lack of quality control is concerning. We've had issues from items missing to finding hair in food. We understand that sometimes things happen and food gets sold that isn't up to par but lately the quality of food has been horrible. They delivered to the Hampton Inn so I tried them. I've never been to Olive Garden but I imagine this is what it is like. The penne and broccoli was overcooked. The medium side salad had fresh veggies but anyone can chop. (I did mix them the next day with salsa and tamales which was delicious.) The bread was nothing special. If you're ravenous, they deliver. We've ordered from them twice now. We ordered pizza the first time and my boyfriend really liked the pizza - and he's picky! The only fault he found was the thicker size crust; he enjoys a thinner crust. The second time we ordered we did entrees. I got the meatball parm, meatballs were good but could have used a bit more cheese. The cheesy bread had a lot of garlic on it but again my picky boyfriend enjoyed it. He got the bacon cheeseburger which was lacking to say the least. It had bacon bits instead of actual bacon and the burger itself even though I requested medium well was still very pink inside. The fries were very good. We will definitely be ordering pizza from them again. Overall, very good prices as well. read more

When I called they said "we had a lot of deliveries"... So you had a lot of deliveries than you shouldn't have told me 30 minutes when it took 2 HOURS, I live 5 minutes from the place! I love this place but that's also because there's nothing really else the neighborhood anything that gets to me is that their prices change every day I mean I go every day and the price is literally are different every time why I have no idea I bring it up and nobody has any idea either okay whatever pizzas good chicken is good steamed spinach is good garlic rolls everything that I've had here is just good order it you won't be disappointed usually quick service but if you're in a rush you should really call ahead so they have it ready for you because sometimes it's a little bit of a wait depending on how many people there serving and how many people called out. Placed order at 8:00 pm and had to call twice to find out where it was. 9:42 the order arrives. We start unpacking it and realize they forgot the marinara sauce for the garlic knots. I call up and the guy says he has to come back to our hotel anyway and will send it. Its now 10:40 and still no marinara sauce. As far as the food, pizza was ok. The cheesesteak was meh. Zeppoles were good. Couldn't tell you about the garlic knots though..got cold waiting for the sauce that never came. Was expecting maybe a little more since we are in NY- but gotta say that we get better pizza, cheesesteaks, and service down in Jersey. read more
