They add egg to fried rice and nothing to noodles. These sides do get put on plates at the same time as the veggies so I guess you can mix in your own. The add a liberal scoop of minced garlic to the melted butter of everything they cook. So I thought that made everything tasty. We enjoyed everything in the hibachi meal. As you can see from my photo, there was plenty left to take home after eating a lot. I'd say the soup and salad were both just ok. Our server was friendly and very good checking on drink refills, getting our orders in quickly and getting our check. Our room had four grills and was pretty plain. I was surprised how many kids were there, I guess that's the place to take kids for an early dinner in the area. We both liked our food and experience and will return.

There was a bit of a wait for the food to be prepared which was a bit annoying but the way the food tasted, it was worth the wait. I got soup and salad with my meal. Our entire party arrived 5 minutes in advance of the reservation and got in line immediately behind two other groups who were then seated. When we checked in the hostess advised we would need to wait in the bar area for about 30 minutes, as they only had two grill chefs. I asked her if they knew they'd only have two chefs when we made the reservation; she acknowledged they would have known, since they only have two on Wednesdays. I asked if the groups she just seated had reservations. She acknowledged they did not; however, she said "they got there before [we] did." I would understand if we were late, but we were 5 minutes early... Absolutely unacceptable. No apologies. No attempt to extend the least amount of effort to perform even a modicum of service recovery. I asked if it would be possible to seat us at an empty grill table for drinks and salads. She said it would have to be at the bar. I was embarrassed and we were all disappointed, as we were really looking forward to our meal. We retreated to our cars and called Olive Garden down the road to see if they could accommodate us. They were busy in their own right, but they bent over backwards to make our dinner a special occasion. I highly recommend Olive Garden over Toki Hibachi for your special occasions.
