So good, but so dirty. I love the food, but this location is disgusting. The floors, tables, and chairs are all filthy. The front door is broken and the floor Ian often wet from dropping HVAC systems. Staff is fairly friendly albeit slow. If you can see past the filth it's a good place for lunch. read more

Went in today at 315p to pickup my order. Got home to realize they forgot an entree item. Went back to pick it up, there was no argument because they knew they had forgotten it. The garlic bread was a bit smaller than expected but other than that everything was spectacular. Portion size was great for the price and so was the overall taste of everything, no complaints whatsoever. I ordered potstickers and Japanese Noodle bowl with marinated beef. First, I have never had potsticker dipping sauce so hot my mouth is still burning a half hour later. One potsticker and I was done. Then I tried the noodle dish. Same story! This food is hotter than any Thai dish I've ever had. Hopefully I can make my own dipping sauce tomorrow and at least salvage the potstickers. The rest went in the trash. Most Asian food restaurants warn you if their food is "spicy". This food definitely needs a warning. $22 I'll never get back for a dinner that left me scavenging for food. Used to love coming here. Not totally crazy for the food but Noodles and Company had reusable dishes and silverware, cardboard to-go packaging, paper bags. It's just been on a steady decline since covid started. I understand the silverware and dishes (for dining in) needing to be switched to plastic but damn. I just ordered my usual order and got plastic packaging (this only switched recently) in a plastic bag (completely new) with a plastic fork even when I clicked the "no plasticware" option on the app. It's disappointing!!! Despite this being a chain, it does deserve an honorable mention for providing quick, fresh noodle and salad bowls. We've been a few times now and have had a good experience every time. The chicken verzcruz salad and the spicy Korean beef noodles are amongst our favorites. They also have outdoor seating, so we can go with our dog, which is a bonus. read more

The only reason.why its not less stars is because I had been here before. When it first opened and 4 months or so ago. It was amazing then. Fresh, fast and tasty. A quick meal for when theres no time for an actual restaurant. :( sadly it was a let down. Maybe its due to them looking for help, there's a hiring sign outside. Maybe the cooks were daydreaming.... they burned the Indonesian Peanut noodles a bit. Not much but its enough to notice the taste! The dilemma is I'm starving and they're busy so I'll just eat them! Haha. But I'll let a few months pass until theres new college boys and gals, less distracted in the kitchen. I can burn my food at home just fine thanks!;) Im kicking myself for not going to an actual restaurant now. I like Noodles & Company. I don't love, but I like. Needing some food along our drive from Chicago to Kansas City, my wife and I chose to stop here instead of the typical fast food places. We're glad we did...but it wasn't great. First, the woman at the counter was rather surly. She got the job done, but seemed almost miserable to be there and definitely never cracked a smile or said thank you. One perk was that the food came out super, super quick. I assume this is because we were there at an off time (around 4:15pm or so). My Japanese Pan Noodles with steak were good, but the steak is definitely very low quality and I'll skip that in the future in lieu of chicken or more veggies. My wife had the pesto pasta which was quite tasty, especially considering I'm not a huge pesto fan. read more

This place hasn't been open very long. It was opened in 2008 in the White Oaks mall area sharing a building with the newly opened Chipotle, Mexican Grill. I ordered the Pad Thai noodles with chicken and it was wonderful. It was a perfect portion for me. It was something I had never tried before and it was really good. They offer a few different types of noodles too. American- Mac & Cheese, buttered noodles, Mediterranean - Penne Rosa, Linguine, & Asian - Curry, Indonesian Peanut Saute only to name a few. They offer soup and salads, different proteins, potstickers, & even desserts. I'll be back. *EDIT*: I went back yesterday. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles. I wasn't very happy with them. My family picks up dinner from here about once a month. Always tastes fresh and the grilled chicken is delicious. Love the salads,especially the Mediterranean minus the olives.My teenagers love the mac and cheese(I think it could be cheesier). Nice break from cooking or fried fast food. Quality of food has gone far down hill. My grilled chicken was not fresh but had a strange dark brown over-done crust on it. Too much vinegar in my tossed noodle dish. Noodles also have been sitting around and not hot or fresh tasting. Despite it being noon on a warm October Saturday store was not busy. There's no excuse for lower quality food to save time. People will wait for well prepared food. Outdoor patio is nice and well furnished. Staff friendly. Food needs to be fresh or don't serve it. read more

If you are in the mood for any pasta this is the place to go. Their Alfredo with parmesan crusted chicken was beyond delicious and it was even as good the next day. Very generous proportions!! I really enjoy Noodles & Co. Good food, reasonably priced, nice portions! The pasta fresca is my favorite noodle dish served here, but the mac & cheese and pad thai are delicious as well. They also serve salads and bread as side dishes to your pasta. Fast service too so if you're in a hurry during your lunch hour, this is a great place to eat. read more

This was my first trip to this restaurant and it will be my last. I will be lucky if I don't get sick from this. The floor was dirty and littered with food and trash. The soda station was dirty with spills and trash littered around the floor. The restrooms were dirty and smelled like porta potties. Only advice-if you order Pasta Fresco make sure you ask for the regular penne noodles- I guess they changed their entry system at the register and it rings up a "Tuscan Fresco" - which was horrible (the noodles were underdone brown linguini noodles). I had the Mac and cheese with Parmesan chicken which was a really tasty combo. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, the chicken was well seasoned but not crunchy like I would expect a crusted chicken. Place is a pig sty. Smells bad inside. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty dishes stacked up everywhere. Employee taking orders had stains all over her disheveled uniform shirt. Overly complicated electronic soda dispenser was covered in crusty fingerprints. It was so dirty I had difficulty getting it to register what I was tapping for my chosen beverage. The table tents were covered in filth and despite the restaurant being relatively empty, a clean table could not be found. On one visit, I Ordered Bangkok Curry with pork. Pork was full of fat. After finishing, we sat for a while chatting, staff never came by to remove dishes from table. On another visit, I ordered Korean beef dish which tasted good but was lacking much actual beef. Staff forgot to bring some of our food. The iced tea spigot had some sort of slime oozing out of it. Place is still dirty. Wife visited the women's restroom and said it was probably the cleanest place in the entire establishment. Probably won't go back. read more
