I used to go here a lot and it used to be pretty good. That was a couple years ago. I just went there tonight and got take out. The sushi was very poor quality and not fresh. There were little hard pieces of I think bone and slimy parts in the fish. It was borderline inedible. I won't be going back and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Not sure why this place averages just 3.5 stars. We've been going here for a few years and not once have we been disappointed. First of all, the service is impeccable. Last week was the first time in a few months we've been there and a waitress we did NOT recognize remembered that my wife does not eat sushi and knew exactly what she ordered the last time we were there. I always get the endless sushi. One thing that sets Ginza apart from other endless sushi places besides the quality, is how quickly they turn out sushi. The sushi chefs are extraordinary in their art and their speed. You literally don't wait more than 7-10 minutes after placing an order. They always have at least two boards at the entrance with the special sushi rolls of the night. Take a picture of these boards before you sit down so you remember what they are. The rolls are always beautiful works of art and absolutely delicious. I love everything about Ginza. The service, the sushi, and the fact that my wife who is allergic to seafood can get a really good plate of lo mein noodles. read more

I've eaten here a few times now. It's not just sushi, but a full and complete meal. The soups are served hot and tasty. The appetizers are delish. I had the spring rolls, edamame, and dumplings. The main course is equally tasty, and you have a choice between dozens of different rolls and combinations. I had a few, but I recommend the Volcano Roll, Hawaiian Roll (my favorite), and the Ginza Roll. They give you some sauces and a double-dipbowl with ginger & wasabi, but you need to ask for the Yum Yum Sauce. You'll thank me. Finally, after dinner...and if you have room left...their desserts are awesome! They are just the little bit of sweetness that you need in your life. Placed an order over the phone for pickup and the customer service was amazing... sadly the food I received was less so. I ordered the lunch special- 3 rolls and it comes with salad and miso soup. The salad was fresh and the broth for the miso was decent, but that's all the miso was... broth. I got no bits of tofu or greens or anything. Then the rolls... the Mexican roll was smothered in an orange sauce and the shrimp was very rubbery. The yummy yummy roll was sadly, bland. the Arizona roll had yellowtail that I had to spit out after one bite, I don't think it had spoiled but its color and taste were not good. For time frame, I place the order and was told 15 minutes, I arrived exactly at 15 and then drove less than 2 minutes to park and eat so the food had not been sitting out long at all. I really had high hopes since the customer service had been so good. I love buffets so I will return to try the buffet someday just in case this was an off day, but will be going in with much lower expectations read more

For the reviews I expected better, food was quite mediocre. General Ts'o and egg drop was good enough to warrant another try. But the hot n sour soup was flavorless and the crispy noodles were stale and inedible. Fried rice was also overcooked to the point it was hard. Also, inedible. read more

This place just opened up a few weeks ago so everything inside is brand new. It's a nice spot, food is pretty good too. They have separate menus and prices for lunch and dinner, I've only been for the lunch all you can eat. It's about 14$ and includes about 50 items. The sushi and rolls are pretty standard like California rolls and rainbow rolls, with a few specialty rolls. I love sushi but I really go for the hibachi over the sushi. It's a little pricey considering there's another Chinese buffet right across the street for like 9$, but the quality is good. read more

I have been to another all you can eat sushi place in the area and this one by far blows it away. There is a huge selection of appetizers, hibachi, tempura and lots of sushi rolls to choose from. What makes this place Stand Out is there are so many signature rolls included in the lunch price as well. The quality is so fantastic. I absolutely loved the volcano roll, white tuna roll, and the Green Lantern roll. I could not get over how fresh the fish was and how well made the Rolls were. They were not thrown together at all nor did they skimp on the ingredients or the quality. I'm really not sure how they stay in business having such low prices with such great quality of food. I took our 14 year old boy with me and he ate eight rolls. Total we had 11 rolls and three appetizers. All for only $23. How on Earth can you beat that? I just have to reiterate how fresh and how Superior the quality of ingredients were. I cannot wait to come back here for dinner. read more

I came here with a friend last night for dinner. The hostess sat us and then a server came and took our drink order. A couple minutes later another server came & tried to take our drink order again. And then it happened a third time. It's nice that they are all trying to help each other but we found it a little strange. We ordered a few appetizers and then figured out what we wanted for dinner. We shared everything we ordered that way we got to try a bunch of items. The apps come in small quantities which was great! We both really liked the hibachi shrimp & steak. The sushi was good too. If I was in the area I would stop in again. The volcano roll was my favorite. We also tried the sesame ball for dessert but didn't care for it. Their servers are very incompetent, take your order down wrong, then when they bring you the wrong food and you tell them it's incorrect they'll argue with you, tell you this is what it is, and then still charge you for it. Our server tried to charge my friend and I for taking some of the rice off of our roll because we "didn't finish" it when in reality they loaded so much rice on to it we peaked some off. I could see her charging us if we didn't eat the fish inside the roll. She avoided us the rest of the night and wouldn't not let us order more of the "all you can eat". Like all of the AYCE places I've tried, the kitchen items are better than the sushi. I visted Ginza sometime last year to try it out. The prices for lunch and dinner about the same as Koizi. Ginza also has the same rules about charges for uneaten food. I enjoyed the kitchen entrees and appetizers more than the sushi. I ordered a couple of rolls including a tuna roll. The tuna roll was nearly inedible. It was extremely cold like it had just come out of the freezer. It was also very mushy. I don't quite remember the entrees I ordered but the hibachi and chow fun stuck out. I really liked the chow fun and may have said it was better than Yummy House's. I'll definitely come back for another round, but I will make sure to stick to the kitchen items and be more weary of the sushi items. read more

I would recommend avoiding this place. We have been coming here for a long time, however, their service has went down hill. Today literally takes the cake. We asked for a Kani Salad with no lettuce as lettuce bothers my mother's stomach, and they wanted to charge us to remove the lettuce! They could have simply left it out and we would have had a krab and cucumber salad. We didn't ask for anything additional to be added, but to have lettuce removed. I had a sushi roll and they put 2 times more avocado than fish and the avocado tasted gross, maybe even rotten. I had to go to the bathroom and spit out the roll and then I had some salmon sushi on rice and salmon tasted bad. Usually this place is good but I guess post covid the service has redefined southern slowness and bad customer service. We ordered food for our table and two of our party did not receive food for over an hour. I personally spoke to two employees and my own waiter twice over the course of 45 minutes to get our food checked on. After talking to the manager our waiter came by and told us the reason that he had not come by to take any further orders at an all you can eat or fill our drinks in the past hour was that he had to help an elderly table order and bring wontons for them. In fact, after I spoke to the manager saying to take me off the bill, I was able to go to Chik-Fil-A across the street at 5pm rush hour, get my food, and come back before the waiter had STILL even seen my family. Great spot in a Sunday afternoon. We stopped in on a whim and really enjoyed it. We had the Tokyo Roll, Out of Control Roll and the The Stooges Roll. Food is always above average when serve hot or warm, unfortunately, new servers have no idea about customer service or how to reference which table food is suppose to go to. The table next to us, seated much later than us enjoyed our food judging by the empty plates. Over 30 minutes for shrimp tempura and general tso chicken. They should be embarrassed by that, but thankfully, due the customer screwing tip included in parties of 6 or more, the wait a while for your food, and water refills, water refills waiter still got his 18%. The poor people seated at 830 will probably not ever get food. Please ginza, let that male waiter go, June 25, waited on tables near door. Shining example of how to lose a customer base and go out of business. Thankfully another waiter took over and had our now over 10 minute old sitting to be delivered food brought to us. The sushi here was good. The endless dinner is a wonderful idea, but the delivery is less then stellar. My boyfriend and I were about 3 rolls and an appetizer short. The delivery was chaotic and I was getting kind of tired of plates being thrown on the table by the time it was all said and done. I'm not sure if being in a smaller party would have made a difference, but I feel that a party of 9 is not as unmanageable as they made it seem, especially when the other end of the table received all that they ordered.
