Pretty disappointed for $40. This is are home town pizza place they are great in a pinch and on the other side/ our side I the train tracks. Also have great coupons most of the time for parties. I like they are so close and there chicken and jo-Jo's are a must if you debating on adding to your pizza order. Deluxe pizza is my favorite! read more

I live in Munroe Falls and buy pizza from Gionino's all the time. I'm giving them a 2 star review this one time for the disappointment I received on Thursday, July 15th. My sister in law ordered two pizzas and a 30 piece chicken and Jojo's and 4 pints of cole slaw for a family reunion we were having at our home. We were feeding 17 people and only received 10 jojo's. How is that possible? I order chicken from them all the time and also pizza. Not everyone in my family received a jojo. Sure I sound like I'm whining but I have ordered an 8 piece and got a generous supply of jojo's before. I will continue to order from them because I love their pizza and the guys that work their are super nice, but I was disappointed and also embarrassed because of not receiving enough food for the price we paid. read more

Service sucks. I've always said that everyone at every Gionino's sounds like Zydrunas Ilgauskas looks. Asked a guy if I could get my wings crispy - ya know, bc they are disgusting when they're undercooked - and he said: "I can't guarantee anything". Okay, nevermind then, dude. About once a month, my wife and I drive from the west side of akron to Monroe Falls to get food from this Gioninos. Why? Consistency! There are two closer options to us from this franchise, and one we drive right past on the way, but you never know what you are going to get from them. Sometimes the food is great, other times... meh. Monroe Falls seems to be consistently good every single time! The pizza is really good, especially for a chain restaurant. The sauce is slightly sweet, but that's balanced out by the saltiness from the provolone cheese that they use. My favorite menu item is the Gionino Bread, which is a small or medium pizza dough covered in garlic butter, topped with cheese and Italian seasoning, the baked until slightly crispy around the edges. Coupled with a side of their red sauce to dip, delicious! Sometimes it's better to inconvenience yourself with a longer drive to get the results you want! read more

Gionino's is a pretty good pizza place. The Munroe Falls location (it's a Northeast Ohio chain) is in a small space in a strip mall that has seen better days. The space is small and meant just for take out; there's no dining in. I find the pizza to be pretty good. I had the barbecue chicken pizza, which was very good especially with the bits of bacon on it. The pepperoni was also very good. The cheese on both pizzas really helped make the pizzas so good. Overall, if you're looking for a good pizzeria, consider Gionino's. read more

Pizza was alright, like a 4.8/10 (been watching a lot of barstool reviews "one bite" lol). The boneless wings are what will keep me from going back there again. They were basically burnt pieces of breading covered in your choice of sauce. My kids wouldn't even eat them...so highly suggest going somewhere else. All Gionino's are not created equal, I grew up by the original Gionino's in Tallmadge, been eating Gionino's weekly for over 20 years. This store is consistently the best, I pass by 2 other Gionino's to get my food here. The pizzas are always baked perfectly here, the way Sam and Chuck were cooking them twenty years ago. I've found the staff to be somewhat friendly to out and out rude over the years. Their delivery service is terrible. On 2 occasions I was given a time frame of "about an hour" and did not get my delivery for more than 90 minutes. When I called to check on my order at an hour and 15 minutes I was told it had left the shop 5 minutes ago, which was 10 minutes after I was expecting it to be delivered, and was offered a very insincere "sorry" by the guy working the phone. The pizza is decent but it most definitely is not worth a 90 minute wait. Only if you're picking up is this location ever an option. read more
