She replied "no, no, no, no" while looking at me funny. I was really taken aback. Who talks to someone like that? I browsed a little more and walked out. I called the Silverlake store to see if they had it in stock and they did so I bought it there. They were not stuck up like the folks at Larchmont. I'm a fan of Leanne Ford and the brand but this was my last time spending money at Buck Mason.

I really loved the store so I went back to pick up a classic white T and I believe the lady that helped me her name was Suma, a Petite brunette with an impeccable sense of style. She was a wealth of knowledge, super professional and super sweet. She broke down exactly what each cut is and how the fit would be, and how each T-Shirt was made. She suggested The perfect size, it Literately felt tailored to me, also suggested, I try the classic and the Japanese cotton. I tried both and ended up getting the classic because I felt the Japanese Although is a beautiful T-shirt, I would go right through it because it was so delicate. I usually like to wear out my cloths myself. I highly suggest this store if you like this brand and I'll definitely be back!

Great staff, but an unsettling return process that doesn't reflect a luxury brand…read more My experience returning an item at Saint Laurent Beverly Hills was strange--especially after having such an amazing purchasing experience at the Las Vegas location, where the service was fun, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone at the Beverly Hills store was extremely nice and professional, but the return process itself felt shady and unnecessary. The associate took my high-value item out of my sight twice for "inspection." During that time, the products are still legally mine--and that practice leaves far too many possibilities for misunderstanding or even accidental damage that could later be blamed on the customer. After the second inspection, I was told one of the bags "looked used." When I asked for clarification, I was shown what turned out to be a spec of glitter--which the associate herself was also wearing. She then added that "technically, after a return, the bag would be unsaleable." I pointed out the obvious: if a bag they sold me had glitter or anything else on it that I didn't notice until I got home, they would've sold me an "unsaleable" product by that same logic. When I calmly refused to accept her explanation, she said, "well let me go talk to my manager." After reviewing it again, they came back and agreed to "make an exception this time." While I appreciated the resolution, the phrasing made it sound like they were doing me a favor rather than correcting an unreasonable assessment. For a brand built on trust, quality, and image, this return policy feels out of step. Customers shouldn't have to surrender visibility of their property or defend themselves over something as trivial as glitter. Luxury should extend to how people are treated--not just what they're sold.

I first came years ago to buy a pair of glasses, and the service was excellent. About a year ago, I returned because the lenses on my sunglasses were scratched. They took them for about a month to repair the lenses and tighten the frames, keeping me informed with updates and returning them sooner than expected. They also maintain a record of all purchases, which is convenient. During my last visit, I lost my sunglasses at Universal Studios while switching between 3D glasses and my shades on the tram tour. When I arrived at the store to buy a replacement, the staff member assisting me was fantastic! He offered me water as I tried on several pairs, searched for the pair I purchased before, and even showed me the new 2025 edition of that pair. He had me try on both versions and recommended the new version, and I ended up purchasing them. The process was quick, easy, and enjoyable, making it a stress-free shopping experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, my purchase, and the look of my new sunglasses. We didn't see exactly what we wanted and she went above and beyond to contact the vendor to have it made. And she also got us a wonderful promotional gc that Saks was offering during the holidays. It was worth the wait and Tory kept in contact with us to make sure we were informed all along the way. So happy we still have wonderful sales associates that take the time to really show they care and help. A white t-shirt happened to fall into the load, and when I pulled it from the dryer I was stunned to see--holding it up against another identical white t-shirt--that it had become a dingy shade of pink. While lights and darks don't get washed together as a rule, this now made me wonder how much the coloring of the JE sweatshirt had bled into other dark garments I had washed with it in the past and subtley changed their color, too. I think I'll give JE products a miss altogether in the future.
