However, after we brought the dresses home, my one daughter wanted to try the dress on pre-prom just to make sure that everything looks ok. I had such a hard time with the zipper that I could not get it up at all! I called back the store to explain my concerns and got a very attitudey owner telling me that there was nothing wrong with the dress and it needed to be zipped up a certain way. Never in the two fittings that we had did they explain that it needed to be zipped up a certain way. In fact I never heard of such a thing, as this was a zipper and shouldn't the size of the dress if measured correctly be easy to pull up?? I tried doing it "her way" and was still struggling with the zipper. I called them back and again all she kept saying "well theres nothing wrong with the dress, but if you are still having problems, you can bring it back on Thursday and we can help you because we are closed till then". First off I called on a Sunday and the actual prom was on a Thursday. To me this is very poor customer service. What place is closed for 3 days during prom season and if you really cared about me as a customer wouldn't you make an exception and see me so we can see if there is something wrong with the dress or at least advise me of another place that could help me with my issue? Needless to say we are never going back to this store!

I don't like when the workers ask if I like this or that, i like minding my own business. There selection is as not good, it was a lot of "Rock On" crop tops.
