We decided to go to Juliana's after walking out of another restaurant. We were immediately greeted and sat. Our waitress came not even a minute later. She was very helpful. I ordered the lobster scampi at her recommendation and it was beyond delicious. My girlfriend had the alfredo and said it was one of the best she's had. I really loved this restaurant, especially the wonderful homemade desserts. My friend and I went there this past Friday and the only homemade desserts were cannolis and tiramisu. All of the others were bought! It was so disappointing! I had several dessert items previously - almond cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, cannoli cake that was absolutely amazing! One of the cheesecakes we even got for my birthday. I would tell everyone about these wonderful desserts. I am very sad to see the homemade desserts disappear! read more

Son and his girlfriend invited me out to Juliana's. Never heard of this place--a little drive but traffic is light and there is ample parking. The food was awesome. Never, ever had gnocchi that were perfect little clouds in a wonderful pink sauce. Lobster ravioli with substantial lobster and a velvety sauce. Pasta is homemade in the kitchen and the food is super fresh. Service was excellent and waitress was an authority about the menu. No doubt I will return with friends!! read more

We ordered steak Stromboli and were told they were out of steak so we substituted chicken. We ordered lobster pasta, got it home and there wasn't any lobster, only small cut up pieces of shrimp. I called and they said they were out of lobster. Funny they couldn't tell us THAT when we called. Of course they charged full price and no apology when we called. Sorry, that's just bad business. Tried this place when it was Basil and wasn't too impressed. I decided to stop in again and was floored by how good the food was. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. I could not stop eating the garlic knots lol and the owner was kind enough to stop at the end of our meal to see how everything was. read more

We heard good things so we thought that we would give Juliana's a shot. We did afternoon lunch and were seated immediately. Server was very friendly and she made the place better with her presence. Unfortunately, despite being extremely empty, she wasn't around much. There seemed to be quite a few staff, mostly younger, milling about and chatting. One young man was on his phone while a male and female chatted back in the kitchen area. It took 15 minutes to receive our drinks and we then placed our order which, in its entirety, consisted of pasta entre, personal pizza and a large salad. It took just under an hour to receive our food. Our waitress brought bread after about 10 minutes of waiting but we didn't see her again for over 40 minutes. Food arrived warm (salad and entre...) and was clearly sitting in the back. It really seems like the food would have been good if brought out when fresh, but service was abysmal, especially given that this isn't a discount sandwich shop. Their prices are similar to full-service, quality restaurants in the area. We might try take-out to give them another shot, but with all the options of Italian eateries, I can't imagine we will be going back. read more

Just called to place an order for take out. I have been to Juliana's several times, and the food has been great. However, I am truly disappointed in the way I was treated with the man who picked up the phone. He was rude since the beginning, and had absolutely no manners. I politely asked for a shrimp scampi which I have asked before at the restaurant, and they have made it for me more than once with no hesitation. Today the man on the phone decided to be extremely rude and say how did I expect them to make it, if it was not on the menu. I proceeded to tell him I simply wanted the scampi sauce with shrimp if it was possible, and then he continued to yell at me. I do not tolerate any disrespect so I told him to watch his tone and he said "why don't you watch your tone and come here and tell me that in person." I decided to be the bigger person and not arrive to this facility, and I plan to never do so ever again. You just lost a loyal customer Juliana's. read more

Recently opened Italian BYOB restaurant with delicious home made pasta and generous dinner entree portions, ordered delicious stuffed shells and pizza. Chef John willingly made a meatless dish of pasta, red sauce and vegetables that was yummy. House salad w/tomato bruschetta and balsamic vinaigrette was perfect. Take out pizza was less than mediocre at best. Plus they seem to have trouble keeping orders straight. We were told 30 mins and arrived on time. Order was not ready but it was ok we would wait. Person from back came out and told waitress "he just ordered". He seemed upset and left we waited about 5 mins and was told "your ready" picked up box and it was cold but I thought nothing of it. Got it home and it was shoved in the box with the lid smashed to the top. Sicilian pie was barely warm. Quite obviously they missed the order and just threw together a pie to get it out. Slightly decent food for this area. Terrible service. Ordered two large pizzas, one white and one cheesesteak.....Bianca apparently thought that meant a cheesesteak sandwich and a pizza. Fine. Very annoying but I guess an honest mistake. The real problem set in when not one person in that place apologized for the mixup the whole time we stood there and waited for our second to be made while our first pizza got cold. Was told 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked another employee for an update and then after telling her the situation (hoping an adult would have an appropriate customer service response....) she responded "oh no that's the worst. It looks really good though!" I was so dumbfounded by the whole situation. I actually had to say to the girl after checking out "you know, a simple sorry for the mix up, or anything, would have been great". Ridiculous. That will be our last visit. Also, after all that, the cheesesteak pizza was terrible. read more

Great food. Large portions. My issue is that in addition to the drink charge there is a $2.00 charge for "on the rocks". Basically charging $2.00 for the ice raising the price for a whiskey and water to $9.00. It's not enough for me to not go back, but I will not purchase an "on the rocks" drink again. Overpriced food- messes up orders and then argues with customers who ask for it to be fixed. Given several chances. Person who takes orders over the phone is clueless and can't answer simple menu questions so places you on hold several time to no doubt get an answer by the aggressive managers. read more

Ordered take out on Thanksgiving eve 4 entrees and a childrens pizza & French fries the entrees were amazing there was so much food we were only able to eat less than 1/2 the food I personally had the eggplant rollatini Parmesan it was incredible & all the entrees came with salad also when I first looked at the menu I thought it was a little expensive but when I saw and tasted the food I definitely changed my mind we also had the chicken Parmesan, tagliatelle scampi meat & the penne pesto rusticity with chicken ( this one seemed just a little oily) but all were delicious! I would recommend trying Juliana's & we will definitely go back again! Oh and our granddaughter loved her children's pizza with fries : ) read more
