Boyfriend got to pick everywhere we ate at this weekend, and that's sometimes a bit nerve racking for me - but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza place! He had been there many times in the past, but it was my first visit. Inside is pretty much just a typical small pizza resto, nothing exciting. Cleanliness was 4/5. Staff was all very young teen girls, all extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Great service! I was super impressed with the pizza! Of all of my boyfriend's "favorite best pizzas places ever" that he has taken me to, this one might very well be my fave. I had a small white pizza with garlic and oil - amazing. Super tasty and the crust was very thin and crispy, but not burnt at all. Boyfriend had a large pepperoni and loved it. It was *huge*! We both boxed up half of our pizzas and took them back home to Canada with us... hopefully they will reheat well because I'm excited for these leftovers! read more

Excellent crispy crust; pizza sauce is what you would expect from a good Italian pizzeria and the high butter fat content mozzarella cheese and fresh mushrooms sealed the deal. Guiseppe's Chrisp Italian Salad with garden vegetables and mozzarella cheese is well priced, tasty and huge enough for 3 or 4 people. We just did our Holiday Party, through the Plattsburgh Giuseppe's, and they exceeded our expectations. We worked with Rebecca to make sure we had enough food and she helped with the selections, to meet some of our dietary needs/restrictions and made suggestions to hit all parts of their menu. The cooks today 12/10/25 were David and Nick and they did a great job on the meal and presentation was spot on. The delivery person Joseph was friendly and helpfully in getting everything here, hot and ready to serve for our desired time. Super easy to work with, very friendly, and accommodating. We order pizza from here all the time and spend alot of money. Our pizza that was delivered tonight was raw and the cheese wasn't even melted. We called to inquire about the issue and were told that the cook knows what he is doing and we were pretty much ignorant. I asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy.(obviously not cooking the pizza correctly). We ordered and said it would be 45 min to an hour. It came within a half hour, and we live 10 min away. Pizza is obviously not cooked. We will NEVER order from there again. read more

As far as Pizza goes, this is the best you will find for authentic New York style pizza. My children were raised on their Pizza and Pasta and nobody knows pasta and pizza like my kids, haha! The only issues that I can tell you about Giuseppe's their customer service, as in follow-ups from bad orders. Delivery in one instance was supposed to be 25 minutes for a single medium pizza and two sodas. That pizza took two and a quarter hours and was cold by the time it arrived. There were no silverware and sodas which were expressly requested. They have told me that they would make it up to me, the next order I placed would be covered. When I called in another order and reminded him of this they limited it to my previous order alone, in direct opposition to their phone conversation which I actually had a copy of (thanks to "Call Recorder" by skvalex). Why did I record this conversation? Because they continuously screw up orders that are not for in restaurant and continuously fail to follow through on the replacement later on down the road. I'm in Plattsburgh every summer for work and when I am, I can't wait to stop by Guiseppe's in the Walmart plaza. The pizza is great, but I usually get a calzone. Always piping hot and delicious with the right amounts of ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan as well as spices. Plus it's huge! I usually do sit-down eating and the service is fast and friendly and the food comes out at the just the right time: not too quick, but you definitely won't be waiting long.
