Some people may say "This is my worst experience at a pizzeria ever. The service was horrible" What those people don't understand is that it's tough to find employees in the thumb. In my opinion, my family only gets carry out and it is the best pizza we have ever had. Horrible experience, and from recent reviews, it looks like we are not the only ones. Service was horrible. The pizza was soggy, and the salad was sloppy and cheap. If you are looking for quality Italian or pizza, look somewhere else. Was served expired canned pop, and from the looks of it, their whole cooler is filled with them because they were unable to find another one to replace the drink. No customer service what-so-ever. This is the absolute worse food I have ever had. It took 2+ hours just to get 4 medium pizza. I a pice of the pizza and all of the cheese and toppings slid right off. The cheese was all dried up and crusty or way to cold and hardly melted. The pepperoni was all dried up or way to grease. The pizza crust was super burned or super soggy. The order took 43 minutes to fill. Staff was very full of negative attitude and seemed like they did not want to feed their public. Appetizer took 20 minutes to fill. We got cheese sticks, two soups, pizza, cup of sprite and cup of milk. We paid $47 for all that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheese sticks tasted like they were bought at Kroger frozen and defrosted; soup was over salted and the portions were super small. We ended up leaving after waiting for such a long time. Went to eat there with family. Ordered large pepperoni and large vegie. Took hour and 1/2 to get pizza. Vegie pizza was burnt on bottom. We were not going to wait for another pizza. Asked to get pizza removed from bill. They only took off 3 dollars. We will never eat there again. read more

We were really happy with our experience here. The food was great, came out hot (not like some restaurants were it has been sitting for a while) and there was a good selection to choose from on the menu. I thought our food came out in a normal amount of time. The pizza is all made from scratch (YUM!) -- no "cardboard" pizza! The prices were definitely reasonable compared to other restaurants we go to. As for the decor, very nice pics of Italy on the wall. Will be back! read more

My family and I were staying in Port Austin and decided to go to Caseville for dinner. We thought the menu at Giuseppes looked decent so decided to give it a try. My husband ordered the italian sub and thought it was really good. My Mom and I ordered baked pasta which was decent. The pizza bread that comes with the entree's is outstanding. My two issues with this place are 1) the meals are way overpriced. I paid $12.99 for my pasta, $2.79 for a drink, and $2.29 for a salad. The pasta should come with the salad and the value would be better. For a family the kids meals are also way overpriced. My kids spaghetti was $5.99. It was just a bowl of pasta, no where near worth $5.99. 2) The service was very slow. We actually saw two tables get up and leave in a matter of 10 minutes because no one was coming to their tables. Although our table didn't get the pizza several people ordered it around us and it looked good. My suggestion would be to get pizza as a carry out and you will probably be much happier. read more

This place is ridiculous in every way. For starters the service is absolutely horrible. 2 tables in there, 2 waitresses, and our waitress, forgot about our beverages and some of the food. UNCOOKED FOOD-ordered chicken strips for my daughter and when I cut into the biggest piece, it was absolutely raw inside. when I sent it back, the waitress and owner dug threw the other smaller pieces and she came back and said the smaller pieces were cooked through..ARE YOU KIDDING ME? not only did you Finger F@#K our food, you're gonna tell me half of the chicken was cooked...no thanks. they did however take it off the bill. (nice of them) would have rather the health department "Paid" them a visit. LAST, the bill, and as I can see, the same as every other Review. $65 bill for a large pizza, Salad, cheese sticks and 6 pops.(just plain ridiculous) so I questioned the bill. The "base price for a large cheese pizza was $22. we did half margarita and half pepperoni. They charged us an additional $8 for the margarita (which was like 6 pieces of tomato and some basil, and $3 for the pepperoni (on Half) which I already paid $8 for the Margarita(should have called it a wash). Needless to say it was a $33 Large Shittty Pizza. (also uncooked all the way). It's amazing they are still in business with the HORRIBLE Quality, Service, Price. They should be Shut down IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately, they have no competition up there. There used to be a Little Ceasers (which I am not a huge fan of) but I would take that any day over this HELL HOLE. STAY AWAY IS ALL I WILL SAY.
