If he's not already, he would be someone who would make a great manager. So I came into the shop and brought in a jacket, back protector, and chest guards to return. It was my bad for placing the back protector and chest guards into a single plastic sleeve. I was not watching the return being made and I assumed everything was returned. To my surprise I later saw my email that only the jacket and back protector had been returned. Uh oh! My chest guards were left at the store and I never was refunded. I called back the next morning, pleasantly given good news that when the lady realized she had the chest protector, she did the return transaction for me! Great staff! So glad I didn't have to make another trip to the store to settle the chest guards!

So this is where Cycle Gear comes in.. Step in and was greeted by a woman. Love it. Love how they don't hover over you. They let you try the stuffs on. Walk around the store with it.. see how it feels and offered safety tips on finding the "ONE". A gentleman told me to make sure my helmet wasn't pushing against my forehead and temples.. There's sooo options for a good Helmer's. Prices range from $65 to $600+. My budget was $300. And I found one that's $225. Even found a good pair of gloves on clearance.. One thing I did see and I mentioned it too then is that there isn't enough selections for women in shoes.. And they said well, women riding didn't take off until 5 yrs ago. I'm thinking they haven't been to WI yet. The home of Harley. There's plenty of women riders. All and all, this will be my go to for my gears. Staffs was helpful and nice.. Kevin was so patient in the answering all questions, did a walk through of the bike's features, and was with me every step of the way during the process. Tee was also very helpful and informative as well. (Also was fun to chat a little about road racing too). Renan was super helpful and helped close out the deal and any loose ends. Tee's EuroCycle also offered a decent trade value for my 2020 Aprilia Tuono V41100 Factory. Not exactly what my original request for trade offer but much better than expected given I would have still needed to replace my trackday shagged tires for new rubber and an impending 12,500 mile service will soon be due in 2K miles. Couldn't be happier with the work they've done on my Honda. Plus the place is like a living museum with everything from Moto Guzzi & BMW's to Norton's & BSA's. Coolest part about the shop is probably getting to see whatever the guys are working on currently & learning the history about each bike. Super honest guy. Thanks Troy!!!…read more so I just did the super embarrassing low low speed dump in a parking lot. Came to a stop on an angle, got indecisive about which way to go, and slowly tipped over onto my right side. The good: NO ONE saw me. I was able to pick the bike up no problem. No visible damage. All seemed fine. The bad: Brake failure. When I turn the key I don't hear it cycle through the brake check (i have the integrated abs). No high pitched whine when I apply the brakes. Brake failure light flashing. No power to the brakes at all. I called Troy to see about bringing it in for service. He asked me a few quick questions first and "fixed it for free." here's the answer...and I feel almost as stupid as I did a few hours ago when I dropped her... I have the GS hand-grips on my bike and he knew right away that it shifted position when I dropped the bike, causing the hand brake to be depressed barely a millimeter, but enough to cause the system to not go through its test. I took at look and immediately saw that Troy was on the money. I gave the grip a little twist, turned the key, and sure enough, all is right with the world again. Troy was super honest and could have had me bring the bike in for an expensive fix. That just earned my complete trust. There is no question that now I have my local BMW guy when I need. Feeling ready for a ride.

The parking is abysmal, prices are too high on everything, their inventory leaves a lot to be desired, and they shouldn't even bother having a parts department since they never have what someone needs right now. Every damned time they will say " sorry. we don't have that. But, we can order it, and have it here in a few days." Then all you can think is, I can order it and possibly have in two. Also, this isn't some obscure part in question. It's small things like bolts or brake pads. If you go there with hope in your heart, you will be severely disappointed.
