I only give them two stars instead of one because their employees in the parts and service departments are at least friendly and fairly easy to work with. Otherwise this place sucks. The parking is abysmal, prices are too high on everything, their inventory leaves a lot to be desired, and they shouldn't even bother having a parts department since they never have what someone needs right now. Every damned time they will say " sorry. we don't have that. But, we can order it, and have it here in a few days." Then all you can think is, I can order it and possibly have in two. Also, this isn't some obscure part in question. It's small things like bolts or brake pads. If you go there with hope in your heart, you will be severely disappointed. read more

I called service to get advise regarding getting the ATF fluid level correct on my Polaris. They were very helpful and told me just what I needed to know to solve the problem. They could have blown me off because I had never been there, but they didn't. Kudos! read more

I purchased an ATV from them in 2019. I needed help from the service area obtaining the certificate of origin, which I had lost, for insurance purposes. I spoke to Riley in Service and she tracked it down (it's 2025!) and UPS'd it out the same day. Great service is so hard to find anymore but Riley went above and beyond. I wish read all the reviews before I purchased anything from this business. We purchased a bike and a bunch of add ons in shop there but come to find out all the stuff we bought didn't fit. Brand new, never worn and the taxes are on everything. They wouldn't take it back! I will never step foot in your shop after dropping $5K and you would t even exchange $150 in gear! I am editing this review at the request of the manager, Henry. Note, none of what I previously said was untrue in any way but, I want to ensure credit is given where it's due to the people who didn't create a cluster of an experience for us after the sale. First - Big Red is amazing! He is the ONLY part of our purchase experience that is worth any stars but, he was involved every step of the way, helping to try to resolve the issues we had (even though he couldn't) so, all credit to Big Red. I believe that if you go here to purchase new, you'll have a great experience. There aren't as many possible hiccups in that sort of process. If you purchase used, stay on top of everything every step of the way and don't take "oh it's just delayed" as an acceptable response. We spent over 2 months being told that our vessel registration was delayed by NC Fish & Wildlife when, in fact, behind the scenes, there was a ton of BS going on and no one was being honest with us. It took me finally taking over and just doing things myself to get it resolved. Each time things were sent to Fish & Wildlife, they were wrong or missing things and when I'd inquire about the status, I was told it was Fish & Wildlife that was behind. They weren't. They process everything pretty much the day it comes in. In the end, the title clerk claimed it was because she was too frazzled having to do her job. She might be fantastic with every other sale but, the point is, we had a valid poor experience and still to this day haven't actually received an apology, just excuses. All I want as a buyer is to be told the truth when I ask questions and that wasn't happening. My other frustration, outside of the registration issues, is the fact that when we arrived to pickup our vessel, it had not been cleaned. Imagine buying a used car from Car Max and getting a vehicle covered in dirt, mildew, and yuck. Unacceptable right? I will say that everyone else we dealt with along the way was always polite and had a smile on their face (even the one employee who tried to tell us to buy something else). Bottom line, just be careful. Be diligent. If things seem off, they may be, so do your own work and make sure you're getting what you should be. Again, I'm absolutely sure, as other reviews show, that the vast majority of purchases here are smooth as silk but one bad apple can certainly ruin the bunch. read more

These guys are the beat in the Charlotte area, trust me I tried to find the bike I bought every where. After a week of visiting other places like great western or ride now concord where they place an extra 2K or more on taxes and fees, I gave these guys in Rock Hill a shot. Good luck trying to buy a bike from this place. Had a good sized Christmas bonus and liked the look of a used bike they had. Upon arriving the lady at the desk told us all used bikes had been sold. I kept asking her and eventually she looked up the one I was after - as I thought it had not been sold. She then put through a loud speaker call for someone from sales to come to the desk. No one came, a second call, still no one came. Everyone looked busy being busy. Ended up leaving and went elsewhere for a bike like the one I was after. When I went into RH Powersports I was ignored by no less than 4 of their employees. Figuring people were busy I asked a Finance person for assistance who then made a general sales call to the floor. My "salesperson" came to me, asked what I needed and then took me right outside so he could smoke his cigarette. He offered me no help, no indication of when their inventory would be replenished and made no bones about not caring one bit if he earned my business. He stated he had nothing, nothing was probably coming in any time soon and if I needed better answers I could call at a different time. Its hard enough to get to their store with their non business condusive hours but to be treated as if they didn't even care if I shopped there? Shady tactics... I like to be honest, so after doing some research this stealership had some of the best prices after shipping/Freight, Prep Fee, Dealership Fees on new bikes. Their fees aren't as high as the other dealerships in Charlotte or close proximity. The bad part.. I did a online inquiry and the gentlemen/liar called me, I asked for the the out the door price and was given a number. Asked if there were any Freight or prep fees we can get removed. He stated no, I can take a little of MSRP to make it better. He gave me the out the door price before any adjustments. So I call my bank, go through the process of getting a loan approved for the out the door price and I'm approved. I call back and spoke with the same guy to get a Bill of sale sent to my loan officer. He gives me a different price from the quoted Out the door price. (Like really).. So I asked can you make the adjustments you told me to the MSRP. He says okay and sends a Bill of Sale to my loan officer. My loan officer calls me back and says the price is more than the loan so I would need a down payment or a new Bill of sale. I call back and send emails to the dealership. No response at all. I was so mad, I took my business to Taylorsville NC. The price was a little better out there but I took the hour drive over the 30 min drive just because of principle. I wanted to buy a go-cart for my kid's birthday. I looked around online and the Mini XRXR sells for about $1700 shipped to my door, then I noticed that this place a few hours away has them for $1800. Totally worth the $100 bucks just to pick it up that day, so I thought. Here is a breakdown of the statement on a $1700 go-cart: - Base Price: $1798 - Freight: $489 - Assembly: $345 - Lifetime Battery: $169 - Administrative Fee: $199 They managed to add $1300 dollars in fees to a $1700 toy. Rip off, I was try to trade in my Honda bought from Rh power sport about 3 years ago for a Kawasaki with the trade in price for the Honda being 2,500 and the MSRP for the Kawasaki being 4700. Including the destination fee being 200 and another fee being 240, I should have got a walk out price of 2600.we waited about an hour and an half waiting for the paper work. On e we sat down he went over the trade in and the MSRP price. Somehow they were able to fit in 2,500 Extra In Fees! So without the the trade in we would have to spend 7,200 dollars. Had an excellent service experience with these guys. I recently moved here from Denver and was leery around having to find a new shop. As luck would have it, I found these guys after another shop tried to send me to Greensboro for recall work. I will say, it's really hard to get them on the phone but just leave a message they'll call you back. They handled 2 recalls, oil and air filter swap in a few hours at a reasonable price and time. 30min shop charge for labor. They also topped off my coolant and confirmed the bike was in good working order. On top of that, the service advisor took it upon himself walk me through some of the finer service interval details and make sure the mileage timer was reset correctly. Really top notch. I will be taking it back for all my services from here on out. read more

My brother went here with his '04 Honda Shadow after getting into a minor accident and breaking a few lights and a mirror. Took over 2 WEEKS just to get an estimate (which cost too much). Went up there with the intent to purchase a brand new RZR turbo. Walked around for about 15min and no one asked if I need help or anything. Finally found somebody walking in that worked there and asked him if I could get help outside with the RZRs while I was talking to him he proceeded to walk away and pretty much ignore me and while he was walking he said I'll get someone out there and he just sat down in his office and didn't do anything. So I waited about 20min and nothing happened. He came outside finally but it was to help someone with a moped who had gotten there after me. Clearly didn't care about me or making money clearly. On the 39th day I had to call and talk to 4 different people and raise cane for them to do my tag. I would never recommend these people to anyone ever. Deffinately lied to by employee. bought a battery for my suzuki 800, had to pay to get it ordered and then wait a week till it came in, finally got it and it was bad. Waited another week for another batt and when i picked it up at 4pm the lady said it haddnt been charged yet so id have to wait if i wanted it charged, pressed for time, i took it to advanced auto closer to my house to have it charged, came back as "bad". I called the shop and explained that i couldnt wait another week and needed to find another batt today, the lady (clearly)told me she understood and that i could bring it in for a refund, told her id be in monday(didnt inform me they were closed).bought a good batt at MS in gastonia and when i went in to return it she(same lady) told me her tester came back as good and therefor the warranty did not apply and i could not get my money back. No second tester, no sorry for inconvenience. Now im stuck with a bad $120 battery. Forget this place! Go to MS powersports in gastonia. read more

The customer service here Is absolutely horrible. The owner of the place should be ashamed of his self although I doubt he is because he's the rudest one of all. You'll stand around for hours while no one comes to serve you. When they do come to serve you they'll have you fill out some stuff and if you're not approved they'll never come back to tell you. Until youGo and ask somebody you'll be standing there looking stupid. When they are ready to go home even after standing there for hours they will tell you that they sent your application but they never did. So basically they will lie straight to your face about the process. How do I know this so well? Because me and my son went to purchase a bike yesterday, actually two bikes. After telling the first customer representative what our intentions were he proceeded to start the sale. My son had already came up here three days prior and they ran his credit information and said he needed a cosigner. I was that cosigner. But since I've never had a motorcycle before I said to myself I might as well get one as well. So after the representative came back he told us that we could either get one or the other but not both financed. At that point I told him well then I will go ahead and buy one bike in cash and will finance the second one. He said OK that sounds good I'll be back. We proceeded to stand around for about an hour after that at one point that rep walked past us and said he'll be right back. An hour later with no rips inside I told my son to go and ask what's going on and that's when we found out that that rep have went home for a personal event. I appreciate the heads up! That was great customer service already. Leaving your customer standing there and leave out the blue without informing any other employees of the situation we discussed. So now we're talking to a new rap and we tell him what we're trying to do he says hold on I'll be right back let me talk to my manager so after about 15 minutes he comes back and says we're going to go speak to the sales manager Shane who by the way is a prick and is own right. I'm sure they were tired and ready to go home since it was closer time but I was tired too after standing around for three hours trying to buy a bike. So now we are talking to Shane, and he tells us that my son can't get his bike financed now because of his credit even though his credit is good and there is no derogatory marks on it. Remind you, that he had already came up here and was approved with a cosigner, me. So now Shane tells us that we can still buy the second but I can cash it starts to calculate the cost. I asked him what about the do we have worked out since I was paying in cash and I financing the second bike. Shane said he cannot do a deal. So basically all the things that we talked about for the first three hours we are now Noll and void and they cannot keep their word on any of it. So at that point I told my son just forget it we're not gonna get either bike from this place. That's when Shane became upset and made a few Slick comments Out loud in front of all the customers one of them being, "get your credit up" While we were walking out the door And to which I replied I don't need to get my credit up I got Bandz in the bank I was buying in cash. That's when some fat baldheaded guy who I'm pretty sure is the owner came out from nowhere running his mouth and walking up to me in a manner that I felt was threatening talking about do you want to see the money in my bank account blah blah blah. At that point I slapped his phone out of his hand because I was to the point where I was being cornered and had to defend myself. After that he rushed me acting like he was going to fight while everybody jumped in between and his other employees came out like they were going to jump us. So this is what happens To paying customers so buyers beware. And you don't have to take my word for it just go look at the rest of these one star reviews. They speak for their self. Oh and by the way half the bikes they had in there have brake dust on them where they've been ridden before but still claim their new and on top of thatAfter doing a little bit of research we found the exact same bikes for over $1000 cheaper that were actually brand new so even though we didn't get the bikes from here and had a bad experience we did get the bikes and are loving every minute of our ride no thanks to rock Hill Powersports. the end read more

If you are looking for good service on your sea doo stay as far away from this place as you can! I had some hesitation on my gtx260 and they told me it was the wear ring. They replaced it and as soon as I put it in the water it was worse than before. I returned it and they told me I sucked in something else and needed another one. Although I was sceptical I suppose it could happen so I spent another $300 and had them do it again. When I got it back in the water after this fix I had several alarms for overheating. I returned once again to find out they didn't connect a water hose causing me to flood the hull. Now that they reconnected the hose I found I still have the same hesitation issue. I should have let the condition of their shop speak for itself and never walked in the place. It is also next to impossible to get anyone from service on the phone. Oh, and to top it all off while I waited the two months for these "repairs", my jet skis sat out in some mud field in the hood. I don't know how the service was when this place was Hagar motor sports, but I don't see them lasting like this. read more
