natural stone necklace on a gold chain.
    Sara M.

I wasn't looking for anything in particular but found a beautiful, natural gemstone necklace on a dainty gold chain. I wasn't sure the color of the brown stone would match my clothing, so I asked about alternative colors. The manager directed me to the array of natural stones and color options that could be made into a new necklace, and I love it! It was a quick decision, but the finished product is perfect! Another bonus was the price! $49 is very reasonable and I love that 10% of the proceeds go to help children in foster care. They're open later than most stores in the area (8pm vs. 5-6pm) which was nice since we were still shopping and planned to return later, on our way out of town.

As the name implies, this is a store selling mostly handmade leather bracelets. There were bracelets already assembled. For those shoppers looking for a specific theme, staff could assemble something to your liking in a matter of minutes. A few t shirts and gift items were also for sale. Staff was friendly and very willing to help with your desires. Free Street and lot parking.

    Rude employee/owner facing the camera.

summary: I was treated very rudely by the employee/owner. I can't help but wonder if it was because I'm Asian. Went in looking for cute matching custom bracelets for my partner and I to cap off our Arizona trip. At the front table, where you can select the bracelet materials, was a small rotating display with some pre-made options. I turned it around to look at some of the options and the employee/owner (see picture) turned it back around to show some other customers. I was looking at it first and thought maybe she didn't see that I had already been looking at it? So I turned it back my way, and she immediately turned it back and said "excuse you". To which I responded "I was looking at that". She didn't seem to care and continued talking to the other customers. I told her she was rude and walked out. Maybe she didn't think I was a serious customer because I look young? Or was it because I'm Asian? Either way, I'll remember this store for it's shockingly rude staff.

With every purchase of a Giving Bracelet a percentage goes back to helping children prosper. They sell a one love that is made with thin soft leather that has a antique brass ring in the center. It has an adjustable knob and hole closure and comes in several colors. They also have the Warrior Wrap that is also made of thin leather and goes around your wrist twice. It also comes in several colors. There is a third bracelet that you can have custom made with a healing stone in the center. This was my favorite of the three and the one that I purchased. The person working the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. Masks and social distancing was expected.

Very bad experience…read more I bought a handbag. After weeks, the strap broke because of a defective sewing job We immediately called them. We spoke to the lady that's worked there for many years and she said bring it in. We met her because she suggested the bag for purchase I told her we could not come in for a couple months, but I wanted to go on record telling her about it and then it failed very soon. was unusable. She was annoyed, but said to come back when we could, and they would give us a refund. We recently attempted to return it. man who we believe is the manager immediately went on the offensive He agreed that the bag was made defectively. He would do nothing without a receipt. I asked him to look for our receipt in his records. He admitted that they save all receipts, but said it was too much trouble to try to find it; but expected us to have the receipt. Only a 1 way policy. He also admitted that he was the one that sold us the bag For us, it was a buyer beware shop. As an example, they apparently charge different people different . When making the purchase we on the price least our loss was reduced a little. If you do decide to visit the store, it's a good idea to bargain with to save money. At least what I could see they will come off the retail price they try to charge.
