Very pleased with Coastal! I called Abraham to check on availability to install a new deadbolt at my Dad's condo, and they were available that day, or the next morning, which was my preferred time. The mobile technician George showed up EARLY, quoted me a price for a high quality General deadbolt lock, and got to work. He estimated the job would take about 40 mins or so to remove the old lock, which was installed improperly by the old owner, drill out new openings, and put in a new deadbolt, and doorknob set. George was very cool, highly professional, finished the job on time, did great work, and I was able to get on with my day. The new lock looks great, is very strong, and smooth as butter! One of the best vendor experiences I have had in a long time. We have been remodeling our home and have had several vendors in and out of our home (which is the reason we needed our locked changed); what a breathe of fresh air coastal locksmith was, more specifically George. To begin, we got a 30 min prior phone call (we missed the call) and George followed up with a text letting us know he would be arriving on time for our scheduled appointment. Not only did I get a heads up, but he actually showed up on time. From the beginning, I was so thankful for his professionalism and punctuality. He caught himself up on our situation, our needs and quickly went to work. We just had the house painted (poorly) and George noticed paint on our door handles covered by tape. He pointed it out as he was working. It gave us the opportunity to uncover all the tape off our doors to find the painters had made a huge and costly errors. For him to go a step beyond his job of just changing our locks, saved us money and the headache of finding it when it was too late. We asked Abe to put electronic locks on four doors. He didn't bring any tools, and only got three locks. He couldn't remember what we had told him. He spent most of the day smoking in his van, and then billed us for an entire day's worth work. He did such a bad job that we had to call out another locksmith to fix the work.
