But what that tower do?!?!
Barbara S.

Our group of three had a blast here! Super easy to book online and they take care of everything! We lucked out with a small group and can't stop smiling about our experience. Matt & Clarissa shared their passion with us and made this adventure top notch! Everyone here gave off great energy and if you're on the fence about doing this solo or with friends/family - don't hesitate and zip on over to it!!! (See what I did there?!?!) #youreWelcome #upDawg #whatsUpDawg #theStarsISelectedForThisRating #fivesStarsNoQuestion Tip: Don't forget cash for a tip!

First time to zipline .... Loved every minute of it! The staff was amazing, very encouraging and made us feel completely comfortable. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Is and our guides

We went on a 2500 mile motorcycle ride, after we passed through Glacier National Park we saw a road sign for zip lines so we turned around and decided to give it a try. SOOO happy that we did. The lady at the front desk was awesome, our guides Tyler and Logan (if I remember correctly) were freaking awesome! They could have sent us through all the zip lines in 15-20 minutes but it took an hour because they were so focused on giving us the best possible experience. There was local history lessons, picture taking, video filming, lots of joking, and a ton of smiles and high fives. It was one of the top memories of our trip. Thanks everyone!!

Not only was our first time experience AMAZING, but Trey and Logan made it extra MEMORABLE! What a great team they are! Tucker definitely did not lie of the fun time we were going to have. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a fun time.

10 stars. We had a great time, Logan and Ray were the best guides. It was so nice that the guides took all the pictures so you did have to worry about taking your phone up.

Extremely nice crew, great customer service and worth the money. John and Ryan were knowledgably, and very patient with all the questions everyone had. It was fun and a great family experience, with many new memories. We will be back next year I am sure.

The staff was all super friendly and they did a great job of explaining everything and making sure we felt safe and comfortable using the equipment. The ropes course is a lot of fun and the higher up course is definitely a challenge! Our eleven year old was able to do the higher up course, but our seven year old opted to skip that and do the bounce house which was fun for him. Both kids had a blast in the splash pond, and the food at the neighboring cafe was delicious and fresh! I would highly recommend a visit to this place if you're in the area and want to do something other than hiking or site seeing. A great value, really nice folks, and tons of family fun!

Conveniently right off the road to Glacier National Park, about 30 min from Whitefish. Surprisingly clean bathrooms, really enjoy the cranberry ice foam soap. Nice little deck with coupla heat lamps for folks who just want to hangout. They also have a full service snack shack serving fries, onion rings, fried mushrooms. Pro tip: the pork nachos slap. Got the aerial, climbing wall, lake slide, and inflatable package. Basically a kids dream (and mine!). Aerials came with full harness and helmet. Recommend bringing some gloves if it's cold out. Course allows traversal in any direction so if there's no line you can zip line back and forth to your hearts content. There are 4 short zip lines and 1 extra long one. This is way better than a zip line only adventure. Obstacles are all doable for a 9 and 11 yo. Would have enjoyed this with the whitewater rafting package too. Super fun place.

I found an employee and asked to plug in. He said go for it. Unfortunately it popped their breaker and deflated the bounce house!

We went to the resort late July to hike so we purchased tickets for the lifts and alpine slide…read more The parking lot is quite big so there are plenty of parking spaces. The main building was empty except for a couple of employees selling tickets. I thought it could definitely use a refresh but we were not there for the lodge. We rode up 2 lifts to reach the top of Whitefish Mountain. There are two peaks you can take lifts up and we went to the higher peak for one if the longer hikes. Both lifts were easy to get on, getting off was a little sketchy as we had to quickly jump off and move several steps forward to avoid being hit by the lift. Thank goodness for the lift operator assisting people off the lift! I'm sure it's much easier to exit when skiing. The ride up was great. Such beautiful views! There is a small bar/restaurant at the top with amazing patio views and a restroom. We hiked down the Danny On Trail From the top. There are plenty of trail Markers so you cannot get lost. We did see a sign warning us of bear activity while hiking but we never actually saw any animal activity, not even a deer. A majority of the trail had beautiful views of Whitefish Lake. The lower part of the hiking trail was covered with dozens of people picking huckleberries so you just had to navigate around those groups. The hike took approximately 3 hours to reach the Alpine Slide area. You could ride the slide down or jump on the ski lift to go down. Whichever you purchased tickets to do. There are is also a separate trail for mountain bikers but we didn't cross those trails until closer to the Alpine slide area. We purchased tickets for the Alpine Slide so we jumped in line which went quickly. There are two slides to choose from. One slide is "fast" and the other is slower and more scenic. We chose the scenic as it was our first time on the slide. You can also choose the speed as you navigate down the slide. The slide drops you right off at the bottom of the resort so you can walk directly to the parking lot. I would definitely recommend the hiking and Alpine slide. It was very scenic and a wonderful experience.

We did the Zipline experience and had so much fun. Kona and Charlie are amazing guides!read more

We booked UTVs from Glacier Ridge Runners the night before and showed up excited for a full-day…read moreadventure. What we got instead was a dangerous, disappointing, and unprofessional experience that cut our trip short and raised serious safety concerns. When we arrived, the UTVs had severely scratched and clouded windshields--so bad you could barely see through them. This was supposed to be a sightseeing trip, but we literally couldn't see. It rained heavily (which we expected and were excited for), but due to the unsafe condition of the windows, our lead driver had to remove his entire windshield just to safely descend the mountain. As a result, he and his fiancée got soaked and freezing, and we were forced to end the trip early--not because of the weather, but because they were too cold and wet to continue after removing the windshield to safely descend the mountain. Meanwhile, we saw multiple other UTVs from the same company on the trail with clear, well-maintained windows, which proves they knew exactly what condition they sent us out in--and didn't care. That's not just poor customer service--it's blatant negligence. On top of that, the map they gave us was nearly worthless, and the trail we were sent on was so tame and mediocre, we could've enjoyed the same views from the comfort and safety of our own truck--with a window we could actually see out of. Which is probably a good thing, because given the state of our UTVs, we couldn't see where we were going anyway. When we brought the vehicles back and calmly asked for a refund, we were met with attitude and a dismissive, "It is what it is." They promised a call from the owner that never came. When we followed up, they refused to refund anything and acted like we were just complaining about the rain. We came to ride in the rain--that wasn't the issue. The issue was being sent out with unusable, unsafe equipment on cliffside trails. To make matters worse, we started digging into other customer reviews and found a disturbing pattern: Glacier Ridge Runners has a history of charging customers $9,000 or more for minor or questionable damage that should realistically cost only a few hundred dollars. This looks like a predatory business model, and we took detailed photos and documentation in case they attempt to pull the same stunt on us. We will be reporting this business to the Montana Office of Consumer Protection for both negligent safety practices and suspected fraudulent billing behavior. Avoid this place at all costs. Unsafe equipment, dishonest communication, shady billing tactics, and zero accountability. Rent elsewhere.

I can accept the price raise from a few years ago, but I can't accept the underlying racist attitude. I genuinely try to have a positive attitude with everyone, and this lady was so rude. I observed as other families came in, that happened to be a different skin tone than me and the attitude was extremely friendly with them. Additionally, the amount of signs everywhere.. just felt so unwelcoming, if you don't want anyone to enjoy and be comfortable in your "vortex", skip the do not do this signs, and just close down. As I walked through the shop, I had never been so watched in my life. Not that had any intention of taking anything, but I felt so uncomfortable by this lady already on the few interactions we had. Additionally, I got there early before my tour and had asked if I could have the Wi-Fi password as I had a couple things to do for work while I was waiting. Instead of the lady just telling me didn't have it or she couldn't give it out, she implied that I was going to steal the credit card information off of her machine if I have the Wi-Fi password. Not only is this a poorly educated assumption, but it's extremely rude. How is a place that values themselves in science and new theories going to act so ignorant.
