Very professional and kind from start to finish! Got geared up, they take you to a practice line to learn commands you may hear and then up to practice lines to get a feel for what you'll be doing. I was very nervous in the beginning and they helped keep me calm with kindness and humor! There are 9 lines in all! It was such a fun experience and a great place to do your first zipline! We went on a 2500 mile motorcycle ride, after we passed through Glacier National Park we saw a road sign for zip lines so we turned around and decided to give it a try. SOOO happy that we did. The lady at the front desk was awesome, our guides Tyler and Logan (if I remember correctly) were freaking awesome! They could have sent us through all the zip lines in 15-20 minutes but it took an hour because they were so focused on giving us the best possible experience. There was local history lessons, picture taking, video filming, lots of joking, and a ton of smiles and high fives. It was one of the top memories of our trip. Thanks everyone!! read more

As a 75 year old lady, I was hesitant about going zip lining for the first time, but the people at Glacier Ziplines put me at ease and did all they could to help me surmount my fears and the physical aspects of the experience. Our guides and cheerleaders were Dave and JD, who kept everybody laughing with their antics and comments, while at the same time paying close attention to safety and form. I LOVE those guys. Took an out of town visitor to Zipline facility. Of course my guest wanted pictures taken of him doing a trial run on the zip line. I asked an employee where I could be to take pictures. He directed me to a patch of dirt halfway down the first zip line. While trying to get the pictures, anemployee who is working on the zip line itself had allowed his son probably 8 or 9 years old to run around unsupervised on a 4 wheeler. This kid thought that it was real fun to go within 3 to 4 feet of me six separate times within 7 minutes kicking up large clouds of dirt, which I ended up breathing and eating and wiping from my face while trying to get photos. Complaining to the staff inside I was rudely dismissed, saying they were not responsible and offered no apology whatsoever. read more

Glacier Ziplines had a fun staff, a good amount of zip lines to make it worth your money, and started right on time. It took a little less than 2 hours to complete. There are about 5 ziplines if I remember correctly with a few other obstacles (ladder and swing bridge) along the way. You get a nice view of flathead River from the last platform. I've done ziplines with better views and longer lines, but overall I had a great time. It's a good break from hiking if you need a rest day. read more

My boyfriend and I went on 7/6/21and it was our first time. It was amazing and so much fun! Clarissa and Matt were our guides and they made this whole experience easy. They let us practice on the training ZipLines to get a feel for how it would be. The whole time we laughed, shared life experiences and even got some recommendations from them! They were so nice, welcoming and wonderful people. Lastly, the whole process from start to finish was clear and precise. Wow, the guides were fun (Ok I am a Dad and they told some great dad jokes), we all felt very SAFE and secure and our family of 5 had a BLAST doing this for the first time. There are some HIGH jumps but everyone went off with out a hitch. HIGHLY recommended, took some GREAT photos of our family too and so highly recommend that as well! Get the photo package! read more

The guides were wonderful, really helpful and patient. There were only two hitches: the first was the weather. Don't go ziplining if it's going to be in the mid-80s, because you'll sweat buckets and feel really hot while you're waiting your turn. The other small hiccup was the size of our group. We had 10 guests plus the 2 guides, so it took a while to get each person harnessed up, across the line, and safely off before the next person could go. We're really grateful that the guides were so careful about safety, but if the group was limited to, say, no more than 7 people, everyone could get across a lot faster and have even more fun. The waiting for each turn kind of put a damper on the fun we had during the actual zip, and standing around in the sun didn't make it any better. Also, while the pictures are beautiful, you won't actually be ziplining above the treeline, so that won't be your view while you're going from platform to platform. You're kind of more in the middle of the trees. Still pretty, but no mountain views, so don't expect that when you get up there. Overall, though, a great experience! read more

From the skill of the team of all women running the show - yes, slightly biased and proud - to all the safety checks, spirit, expert how-to, encouragement from training to on each increasingly higher tower, it was a wonderful experience all around. Expect the weight rules to be followed exactly. I was 14 pounds over so no go for me. My daughter could not do the course because she is 13 and I have to be with her. Can't fault them because rules are rules but my daughter was very disappointed. She had been looking forward to this the last week Begging to go every time we passed. Rescheduled for later with the wife taking her but the wife is afraid of heights so I have no idea how that's going to go. We really enjoyed our zip line adventure! The guides were very friendly and handled all the safety stuff for us. This was the first company I'd gone to where you didn't have to handle your own carabiner etc. This made for a very relaxing zip line trip knowing that small stressful part was taken care of. This is also the first zip line company I've went to that actually teaches you how to steer! If I had to say a negative thing it'd just be that I wish there were more platforms. We got though it pretty quick with a small group. Overall though, I'd recommend it! read more

While vacationing in Glacier, my husband and I thought it would be fun to zip line. It was not a mistake! We had a great time! Our guides were friendly, funny, and outgoing. The only "real" recommendation that we would make is to have a "Zip Tip" jar or some way to make people aware about tipping courtesy-mainly because the guides are working hard and should be tipped for all their hard work. :) read more
