Neither of them even greeted us or said "hi." We stood there for about four minutes before one of them finally asked, "Do you have an appointment?" We said yes. She then told us, "Give me a moment. I'll see if the person who will be serving you is able to take you or not." She disappeared for a while and came back with another woman. After speaking with us, they told us that they could not provide us with any service because we were late and that we would have to make another appointment and come back on a different day. My daughter and I were honestly shocked. We couldn't understand why, when there were four employees sitting there with nothing apparent to do, not one of them was willing to take a moment to see what we wanted to do with our hair. What makes this even more confusing is that your website clearly says "Walk-ins Welcome," which gives customers the impression that they can walk in without an appointment and receive your services, depending on availability. So why were we treated this way? The way we were treated felt extremely unwelcoming and, frankly, discriminatory. The lack of greeting, the long wait before anyone even acknowledged us, and the refusal to provide any service despite the circumstances left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was a very disappointing experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, this place doesn't deserve even one star because of the discriminatory way we were treated. I also forgot to mention that they charged us a $50 booking fee and then refused to refund our money, even though they did not provide us with any service. stay away, lady does not understand "partial balayage"…read more First of all, I gave her beautiful UNCOLORED hair. She proceeded to ruin it by coloring my hair FIRST and THEN CUTTING it, leaving choppy random highlights across the back of my head, with the ends of my hair still my natural color. She literally ARGUED with me that it was perfectly fine-claiming that partial balayage is a few inches from the crown of the head. NO LADY, balayage are highlights from the ends of the hair. I had showed her pictures-including ones FROM HER SITE of partial balayage, and she said she understood. After I informed her that it looked nothing like the pictures, she changes what she said and claims that those clients paid more $$ and had blonde/red hair beforehand. She DID NOT tell me that in the beginning and had instead reassured me she could be able to reproduce the same results with my original hair. In the end she finished the bottom part but the color did not match, and the cut was quite horrendous as well. Would not wish anyone to have their beautiful hair ruined.
