It is ' Spacious ', and has a ' Large Selection of Spices, Indian herbs like ' Curry Leaves, Cilantro , Few Veggies, Pickles, Paan, and Myriad Frozen North & Soith Indian Meals !!! The Cafe, Hot Table seems to've closed ' Post Covid - 19 '. Also they sell quite an Assortment of Indian Made ' Pots & Pans / Household Goods '. They seem to have some type of ' Beauty Salon ' with Waxing for Ladies '. Staff is ' Usually Friendly '& Helpful Enough. The owner and his son worked there. Then they used to have Young Nepalese Ladies & Guys. One at the Counter, and a Floor Helper. Last Evening though I had a ' Weird Experience ' though. The ' Lady Floor Helper ' was ' Unprofessional & Highly Inappropriate in her Sales Conduct'. Not sure if they're Managers or New Owners, but the ' Turbaned Sikh Gentleman @ The Counter was Polite , Helpful & Nice. I hate to affect anybody's Business, but I couldn't reach them for ' one thing ' !!! + I have no way to reach the Owners. All in All - she was ' Sarcastic & Highly Unprofessional '. I went up to pay - having gathered my Groceries. Am usually the sort who allows Folks with ' Fewer Items to Proceed ahead of Me '. Upon reaching the Counter - I realized that I had forgotten a ' Specific Khara / Savory Indian Snack named ' Ghatiyeh ' ; the Male Cashier, The Sikh Gentleman ' was ' Very Understanding '. As a healthcare worker, I completely empathize with long wait times, and I was more than happy to circle back around when my medications were ready. However, I was told my medication would be ready in an hour, so I returned an hour later to wait in the drive thru line. After waiting in line for another hour, I was told that only one of my items were ready, and if I wanted to wait another hour the rest mighhht be ready. I left, but it would've been better if they had set up expectations from the beginning so that I didn't have to waste 2 hours waiting just to leave empty handed.

I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.

Oh no!!! We got a new car battery and the car won't stop blinking. The emergency lights just won't…read morego off. The loud alarm wasn't going off, just the emergency lights. And the triangle button wasn't doing anything. We went back to the car shop and inquired what we could do. They suggested that the alarm may be going off. We zipped home and found the key fob that has the alarm button on it. Sadly the fob didn't do a thing. No locking and unlocking the doors, no panic button clicking on and off. Nothing. OMG!!! What to do. We popped it open and the battery looked fine. We haven't used it in 7 years so it should still be working. The battery wasn't corroded so there was no excuse why is wasn't working. Our only guess is it expired. Maybe time drained it. So off to Walgreens we went. In high hopes they had this unique battery size. We brought our expired battery with us. It actually had no expiration date so I should just refer to it as a dead battery. To our pleasant surprise they had it. It looked like a AAA battery but half the heights. We've never seen a battery like it before. Usually in key fobs they use giant watch looking batteries. Those we actually have at home. The batteries were easy to find in Walgreens. Soon as you enter go right and walk past the cash register and on the wall on the right all your batter dreams are hanging. When we found the one we wanted we realized the batteries were locked. By that time a long line at the cashiers had formed. After waiting by the batteries I got in line. When it was my turn she grabbed her key and helped us get our battery. By then the line had subsided and we quickly checked out, put in our rewards number and were on our way. In the car we instantly put the battery in, but it didn't do anything, no light went on or anything. We drove home and now we were in sight of our car we tried it again and the light blinked and the doors unlocked. With another click the doors locked. After that we were on a roll. No more blinking lights and thankfully the issue was solved. We are so blessed that we solved the problem with a single batter and no trip to the dealership. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. She welcomed everyone into the store even as she was busy checking people out. I thought that was a nice touch, the personal welcome. If you are in search of a unique size batter I suggest you check out Walgreens in West Sacramento.
