So glad to share this is my go-to spot every time I need a self care day. They never disappoint on the service, I asked for their marvelous pedicure and am in love with it. All the women here take such good care of you and are very sweet. I love the overall vibe of this place because it's always so clean and beautiful. Cannot recommend enough !
I just got my nails done by Tammy at Glam Chateau, and I am obsessed! I got this set done specifically for my trip to Japan, and they turned out absolutely perfect -- even better than I imagined. Tammy paid such close attention to detail and made sure every nail looked flawless. The design is super chic and exactly the vibe I wanted for traveling. She was also so sweet and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. If you're looking for beautiful, durable nails and amazing service, you have to book with Tammy! I'm seriously in love with my nails -- thank you so much!!
Not my first time coming here so I was very disappointed that my gel x nails popped off the same day I got them done. I had to drive back the next day but ended up leaving and didn't want them to get fixed because first of all I payed $150 In total for them to not last one day. I ended up getting them fixed somewhere else so the other nails later that week popped off too. * They don't do refunds fine I won't be coming here again or recommending this nail salon at all. Horrible job
I have always down the road had issues trying to find a set nail salon but the past recent times I've come here they have been the best. My previous nail review with the chrome messed up nails I actually came here after for them to fix and the lady said that they shouldn't have left my nails like that. I like the colors they have and it doesn't ever seem to be too packed whenever I come in here. Funny bunny is my go to color ! Very natural
I booked an appointment the same day and was seen by Tammy and loved my results! She had to work with what she had and I appreciate her transparency throughout the process. She recommended gel-x which starts at $55. I wanted "jelly" nails and opted for a darker shade. Great and quick service!
I have no idea how this business could get 4.5 out of 5 stars review. Iwould gave 0 start if I could. Came here for the gel builder and color. The tech was so unprofessional while talking and applied the top coat on my nails way too much and it caused the polish overflow and burn my cuticle. After that, she kept talking while file my nails at the same time and it was hurt since my nails are very short. After came home about days 4 , my nails gel polish started to peeled off and all none of them stay on the day of 10. This is horrible I will never come back . Be careful when you decide to spend money here.
I walked in the past couple of times and have waited no longer than 10 minutes. Service is great, the workers are very nice and honest with what work they can do. I have never requested a complicated artwork but do often get a French nail. I prefer mine on the thinner side and they will do it very well. Their cuticle work is superb. That day I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure- it was done in under 1 hour! Over all work is amazing and affordable. I get my nails short due to the work I do- I'm sure they can do long nails. I've seen other nail technicians work and they are experienced in nail art. They take Zelle, cash, and Venmo
Been coming here for two yey every 2-3 months. I always get Pedi here, never manicure. It's $35 for the marvalous Pedi, but the don't do neck wrap and hot towel anymore. The marvalous Pedi only includes trim, shape, 10 minutes massage (this was nice), and polish. Maybe because of covid-19, so they can't do neck wrap and hot towel. But their price increased.
Let's just start by saying I RARELY get my nails done... I think I've only had two or three manicures in my entire life since my mom is a nail tech. However, I wanted to try gel x and walked into glam chateau without an appointment and was able to get a full manicure right away. The nail techs are super sweet and attentive. It was my first time doing gel x and the process took a little over an hour. If you don't have an appointment, I suggest going when they open as it gets crowded pretty fast! My nail tech Tina made sure I loved my nails. It was such an affordable service. Seriously didn't expect it to be this inexpensive since they spent over an hour on my nails. I left a big tip to show my appreciation. Will definitely go back when my nails grow out!

One star because they use legit Apres Gel X, and one star because they accommodated me coming in at closing. That's where the positives end for me unfortunately. The lady was nice enough to take me at 7pm, but seemed pissed that I was there. Like do you want the business or not?! She was filing my nails so aggressively that it burned at some points but I was too nervous to say anything. Her application just wasn't good. She used way too much glue as you can see by my photos - there should not be a ton of glue sticking out underneath when you apply gel X correctly, especially if you're using a less opaque color like I chose (OPI put it in neutral). 6 of 10 nails are already lifting near the cuticle and I've only had this set 2 weeks. This should not be happening, as gel X should last at least 3-4 weeks. I don't feel like she got a really secure adhesion of the nail tip to my natural nail, since some are lifting pretty bad. She tried her best with shaping but I had to go home and fix the shape myself because she clearly wanted to get done as quick as she could. My other nail girl's set lasted me 6 weeks with no lifting and beautiful grow out. Lesson learned: cheaper isn't better And it wasn't even that much cheaper $80 after tip for a pretty basic, short set. Stay clear of this place if you're looking for gel X, or maybe ask for a better tech! read more

I had my gel manicure removed here and opted for a regular mani because I was worried about gel damaging my nails. The tech reassured me that it's fine to get gel over and over. Instead of wrapping my nails with a cotton ball soaked in acetone + foil, she just had my dip my nails in a bowl of acetone for a few seconds, then proceeded to use the tool to scrape off the gel, effectively scraping off a decent chunk of my actual nail too :( it's been about 2 months since then, and you can see the exact line where the gel was removed on my nail, and they've been brittle since then. The manicure itself was mediocre - bubbles and creasing because of old/low quality polish. Hopefully they can use this feedback to properly remove gel in the future without causing lasting damage in the future. read more

I decided to give this spot a shot since I'm not from the area - and I'd come back! My boyfriend and I both went on a whim and were able to get seated for my gel mani and his pedi promptly. I loved how my nails turned out, and my boyfriends pedi turned out nicely as well. I deducted a star because the woman who did my nails was preoccupied with a few phone calls, and the woman who worked on my boyfriend's pedicure caused his toe to bleed a little. Other than that, we were happy w/ the price we paid ( $90 ) for both. read more

It was my first time trying this place out. First impression, thought the nails (gel X) were done well but could use some practice on details because up close it was messy. Oh the fourth day (06/18) 1 nail already lifted and completely fell off! Throughout the next week, all my nails were lifting up. The strangest thing is that the glue would stick onto my nails and I was able to easily remove it without ripping my nails from pulling the adhesive away. The glue felt stretchy and soft, i was able to tug it off my nails??? Note:Biggest regret is not taking a closer look at my nails before I left the place, because I paid way more than I should have!!! read more

Went here after the reopening of Covid. I usually have co Thanh do my nails but after hearing she quit, I got transferred to Megan. I came in wanted a full set and a pedicure, she took care of me and very thoroughly examine her work and kept checking to see if I like it. She will be my go to technitians from now on. I told her I wanted more of a nude pink color. So she recommended a perfect sheer pink that I could wear it to a wedding next week! Thank you Megan! read more

Came here for the first time yesterday because I saw them on Yelp. I am so glad I did! My friend and I made an appointment for 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and was immediately greeted and worked on. All the ladies were so nice and did a great job. It was just me and my friend at first but people kept rushing in and the store got busy! Make sure you make an appointment. I got a mani pedi and a gel x set. I honestly felt so relaxed. I chose a design that I wanted to copy and they did an AMAZING JOB! I love my nails so much!! I had came nail salon 3 times. I ask for Halloween design nail art. I got nail by Tammy. She is work hard to pleasure customer.I have never met her before when I came. This's first day,she work. She's meticulous and skillful. Nail salon is close my house so I often come here. Beautiful design salon. I'm allergy nail polishes but I don't smell nail polish here. I came here for the first time ever the first day nail salons opened after being closed since March due to Covid-19. Masks were required for everyone, everything was super sanitized, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere! Loved the service so much, it was my first time trying tips with SNS powder...highly recomend! read more

This was my first time walking in to this beautiful hole in the wall on the main strip. I love to support women based businesses! I was pleasantly here with my girlfriend (Future Wifey ) because we are going to a wedding this Saturday! And trust me when I say that my hands and feet nails were... uhh let's just say they look great now ! 10/10 recommended ! I went here on a friday at 5pm with an appointment. Didn't have to wait for long even though there was no tech available for my appointment. I greatly appreciate Megan for taking care of me even though she had an appointment with someone else later. I showed her the design i wanted and she tried to match it. Even though it's not really the design I'm looking for but i like this design as well. Megan is very professional and caring. She keeps asking if I'm ok with the design throughout the whole process. Overall I'm happy with the experience and will be back. Hopefully the appointment management can be better by then. Thank you so much! read more

This is officially my favorite nail salon. I used to go to Nailology because they do great work and have good service but it was pricey. It's double the price Glam Chateau is offering. Glam Chateau has a great and friendly staff, even a sweet owner. I've noticed that have returning customers, customers who go to the same nail artist which ever salon they are at. This shows they hire quality people. The salon is clean, great service with comfortability and offers water, teas, etc. And from my photos you can tell the quality is pretty good. I hate the cuticle part and the artist was communicating to bare with her as she's get thru it pretty fast. I already forgot her name! I'm sorry. It's been 13 days since I got my nails done and they still look good and no bubbles. I normally would have picked at it by now or chip them off but they are still good to last another week! read more

What initially attracted me to this place as I was driving by was how cute & glam it looked inside. It definitely lives up to its name w/ it's white marble tiles to the sparkly glitter backdrop and crystal chandeliers. - exceptional customer service - complimentary wine, coffee, juice or tea - prices are SO fair (gel: $23, pedicure: $20) - SUPER clean, chic, upscale, and aesthetically elegant+stylish - complimentary face mask to take home - heated aromatherapy shoulder pad to loosen the muscles during ur mani/pedi - they actually stick to your appointment time and won't "double-book" - they take credit card (no minimum) LOVEEE this place & will definitely be back!!!! read more

Came in today with an appointment for a gentleman's pedi, a gel pedi & a acrylic removal with a gel mani. 4 stars for Lily & the other lady who was working on me (I never got her name.) -1 star for the (younger blond) lady who did my boyfriend's pedi. It was super half assed. Him and I both got the $45 pedicure, but his was way shorter than mine. So we were sitting there, getting ourselves pampered when 3 more customers came in. Mind you, there's only 4 technicians. So the lady working on my man rushed through his pedi & proceeded to help the other people. A $45 pedicure is supposed to be at least an 45 mins-1 hour long. I worked at a nail salon in Irvine as a receptionist, I know these things. Lily was great, she was strong & super careful on my pedicure. The lady who took my acrylics off was gentle, she was super careful about my pinky that I broke halfway up my actual nail. Although she did somewhat burn me a few times, she listened and allowed me to be picky about my shit Overall, I really liked this place. As for my boyfriend, maybe not. Lol! Will we come back? Yes. I found this place through yelp because the place I used to go to raised their prices to the point where a fill is upwards $45 and acrylics are upwards $55. Parking might be an issue because there are lots of businesses in the plaza, but it was fairly easy for me to find a spot. The salon is literally facing the street so you're going to have to walk around to the part of the building that is facing Bolsa. I am thoroughly pleased with my service. I got my nails done by Ivy. She is amazing. I also got a pedicure but didn't happen to get the Nail techs name. Nonetheless, great service and super friendly. Also the prices for each service is reasonable in my opinion. Nothing that will break the bank, and your nails WILL turn out beautiful. On my nails I got the color 195(?) it's supposed to be an aqua grey color and I am in love. I enjoy more cooler toned muted colors. If you're looking for a new nail salon this is it! read more

I love this salon!! Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails, and I really like the way they turned out. She and Ivy were super sweet to my cousin and I, and I had such a relaxing experience and massage that I never wanted to end. The prices are affordable, yet you get incredible results because they are very experienced and check up with you several times throughout the mani/pedi to see if everything is to your liking. I got my gel manicure for only $22 since they're currently having a grand opening promotion, but I would have paid so much more! The salon itself is spotless and nicely decorated, and they also have complimentary drinks such as coffee, tea and wine. I'm definitely making this my new go-to salon!! I absolutely love this place. I've been here probably 4 or 5 times and the ladies are super nice. There's no gossipy, catty feel at the salon at all. You know how you walk into a salon sometimes and feel like you're just a number for them to rush in and rush out without really caring about what you originally wanted? Not the case here. They're just chill, I never feel like anyone is rushing my set. They get busy, but will still ensure they're putting out great quality work. It's my forever salon now! read more
