My first time in this quaint nail salon. What a hidden gem!!! I initially called to get a gel polish change. I ended up adding on additional services. This nail salon has affordable prices and is family owned. They offer an array of cateye colors as well chrome and gel colors. Also, complimentary drinks and graciously gave me a complimentary hand lotion. Thi was my nail technician and did a meticulous job on my pedicure. My mom and I are definitely coming back here and are recommending our friends and family to go here. We're from Orange too; it's about a 15 minute drive and it's worth it! The chairs are adjustable and massage you (you can turn off the chair if you just want to sit). Such a fun little perk. Edit: Right before left, they gifted us two bottles of hand & body lotion. They said it was a present for the upcoming Thanksgiving season. So fricken sweet, oh my goodness. Their prices are cheaper so please tip the nail techs! They deserve it :) Service Done: Pedicure Cleanliness: Cute and clean establishment! They use gloves when cleaning--I'm not usually a stickler about people using gloves (as long as you wash your hands) but I know that's a factor a lot of people get picky about. Stylists: We had Kim & Vy. Kim worked with my mom and Vy worked with me!

I had such a sweet nail tech, we did a pedicure and a press on set! My total came out to be $60 + $15 tip. She was so so sweet and my press ons feel super sturdy and durable which I appreciate. My fiancee came in for a set of nails and we arrived about 1:30pm on a Friday and the chairs were full. We waited for a little and was offered free complimentary drinks for the each of us. She then pour alcohol on it afterwards which stung badly. Communication was also difficult throughout the service. When she asked what shape I wanted, I said "oval" and she had to ask her coworker, who was working on a client, to translate. The coworker, I assume, was the manager because she told me that I should speak to her if I need to communicate anything and proceeded to say that she (my nail tech) didn't speak English. She also checked me out at the counter and gave me a 5% discount for the poor service. The total after discount was around $38. Original price for gel mani is $40. After reading all the raving reviews, I was looking forward to my service but I will not be coming again.

A few things I didn't like: - She cut me a few times with the cuticle cutter/nail drill machine and didn't say anything - I told her the lamp is burning my finger and she said it's "normal" (burning is not normal.. she shaved down my natural nails wayyy too much and caused me to burn under the lamp) - I told her beforehand my nails are crooked & she STILL put the gel x on crooked (she even tried to tell me "I don't know who told you your nails are crooked but they're not") - My nails are pointed upwards rather than straight out like how real nails should look like I'm not a licensed nail technician but I learned how to do my own nails (plus my mom does nails) and this is basic common sense... &Since my moms been through it, I tend to tip big when I get my nails done but I just felt she didn't deserve a big tip. I still tipped her tho, don't get me wrong. Just not as much as I could've due to the service she gave me. Overall, probably not going to come back but if I do I am NOT going back to her.
