I am so sad to report I am just not happy with the service. I came in for an acrylic full set: on Yelp it says appointment only. My appointment was at 6pm. I called and told them I'd be about 15 min late they said ok. I walk in at 6:13pm everyone had someone in their chair. I didn't get serviced until 25 min later. ONLY because I was about to leave and I should have left. These were the ugliest nails I have ever had. Right off the bat I was telling my nail artist to fix the nail because she filed them crooked. She kept saying she's not done yet. She adjusted a few times but never got it right. Some nails were thick and uneven: I showed her an inspo photo. The lines were BAD. The flowers were the wrong direction. At this point I don't think she was going to get it right. It was $57 and a waste of time. It was actually so bad I cried and begged my friend to fix them. My manicurist was nice just not the right profession imo. read more

I came in less than 20 minutes before closing and they agreed to do m6 pedicure. There was some difficulty with communication but she always made sure to check if I liked it or would ask a co-worker to translate. There was a little misunderstanding and she cut it a little more ribs than I would have liked. I appreciated how patient they were with all my requests even though it was past closing, they didn't rush me. I my nails metallic or shimmery pink. I just wished they had more colors. I really appreciate how Phi does my nails and Dana does my toes! The nails & my pedicure stays for a 3 weeks long- a month, the qual and care I receive when I get my nails done is really what makes me feel comfortable to keep coming back. Mimi is probably the only one I like here she engages and takes her time (: but my overall opinion is for starters it's unprofessional to speak in your language when you know the customer doesn't speak it as well, makes your customer uncomfortable. Secondly communicate with your customer and ask questions on what are their preferences, and please actually be concern on what we really want or therefore we as customers don't think you really want to provide the service we want. Lastly don't hurry the process then that leaves us as customers with results that we don't like! read more

I need to start off by saying she was using tools from a box marked "used" which should be enough to make anyone leave. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight and needed my manicure removed ASAP and this was the place with the soonest appointment. She rushed through and drilled the gel off without soaking which severely damaged my natural nails. Not to mention food and crumbs all over the table where she was working on my nails. "Front office" area is CROWDED. No room for clients to easily occupy a position to have services performed. The FRONT DESK leaves the entrance about 3 feet wide by 3 feet long. The ridiculous location of the nail dryer is dangerous and unnecessary at that position within the room. The ladies, possibly working on a contract, try to be courteous to all, but the owners are not. I will NOT be going there - I have nail fungus, and the operators said it was just a bruise. WRONG. I recommend that you find a place that will not share NAIL FUNGUS with clients. Not the cleanest place either. It's all about the money, not their workers and not the clients. read more

Poor service. Nail technician was mean, rude, and impolite. I asked her not to cut too much cuticles and she said: you cut it yourself then. I had to terminate her service after she cut my cuticle so much that one finger was bleeding. They asked me to pay for $15 which is how much they charge for the whole manicure. I refused cause I didn't want her to do the whole manicure, she just cut my nail & cuticles . I end up paid $8 so I can get out of there. what a terrible experience. A very disappointing experience. Came a week ago to get my mani & pedi done. Employees are very pushy & nosey, they would talk smack behind my back not knowing I could understand somewhat in what they were saying. 5 mins in my seat and one elder lady kept pushing me to have acrylic nails on when I specifically wanted gel nails only because my natural nails are long. I decided not to argue and included acrylic with gel. couple minutes later the other girl kept on pushing me to get sugar scrub I said yes whatever's Towards the end, I asked my bf if he had cash so he wouldn't pay with his debit card. This is the part where I was infuriated with the customer service. He checks his wallet to see if he has cash which he didn't have enough, I turned around to pay and I see employees smirking and whispering to each other it was obviously at us because we were the only customers there and they looked towards us. Im writing this review in representation for my gf. Me and my gf are going to Mexico for a 2 week long trip. Before any trip a girl likes to get her nails done. This was such a sad experience. She was devastated after this. The job speaks for itself how can you pride yourself as a nail salon and do such a terrible job. Glue just everywhere. The only reason its a two star is because they charged less but we still ended up leaving a tip so doesn't matter. Very terrible service. Hellen was my nail lady... I came here for almost 4 years because it was convenient. This nail shop is unsanitary. Dirty. They don't sweap or clean up. You can tell right when you walk in. They don't clean their tools EVER! Attitude and customer service is beyond me. Hellen has cut me soo many times and when I spoke up about it, it was somehow my fault . She can't ever get a smooth flawless nail finish without a nick, piece of lint or it bubbling from the cheap clear coat that they use. She also never cleans up the extra nail polish around your fingers unless you tell her. The owner is always singing at the the top of her lungs with her shoes off on her work station. (Just unprofessional to me) They will talk about you right in front of your face no matter how long you have been a customer. When you get a pedi, if you don't ask for a massage witch is included in the service. You won't get one. They literally just do the bare minimum. Try it for yourself and you will see that you could of gotten great service and pretty nails elsewhere. Update- the owner that has left a comment was well aware of the conflict and service provided in the last few weeks. I left a good rating at the time because Helen asked me to and the day that she did, she actually did a descent job. She does the bare minimum I don't care how slow she may work . My review has not changed. If I could I would give zero stars. I'm happy to amuse you that you think it is funny. Still unsanitary and unprofessional. I added a photo of her work .. this is her "cleaning up the extra polish" obviously there's still some left .. 1. This place is filthy. 2. The lady that sits closest to the door has (what appears to be) an untreated nail fungus issue on her thumb. To say that this is off-putting while she is handling your manicure is an understatement. 3. They will not tell you this: THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE DIP POWDER HERE. My nails were left extremely thick-I had to insist that they be thinned down- TWICE. This was a problem for the employees. 4. No cuticle clean up was completed on my $35 dip powder manicure. 5. No polish clean up was completed. 6. The dip powder colors available were light pink, nude, light pink and nude. And more light pink. 7. Had gel manicure done by Lisa today. I had a good experience with her because she's very thorough and didn't rush the fine details of making the cuticles appear nice and neat. The salon's decor is lacking but it didn't bother me because I only care about the nail service . She did a fantastic job and that's cool in my book. I have lived near this salon my whole life and this salon is pretty much my go-to spot for nails that I have been going for years. Helen is my nail technician and she is great! You can tell she really admires what she does and always listens and works with her customer. Helen has done pedicures, manicures, and acrylics on me and each time it has been amazing work. If there is something I don't like, she is always willing to fix it for me and does not complain about it. She does not try to sell you more services and does everything with perfection. She never rushes it and is always willing to give her time to her customers. Everyone else at the salon is extremely nice and great to speak to! I'll be a long time customer. read more

I'm so happy with the customer service here! Honestly the owner cee, I believe that's her name is very understanding. I came in 4 day's ago and got a pedi and a acrylic gel fill. I wasn't happy at all when I got them done. I was in a hurry and that Friday was the only day I could get my nails done. The person who did them wasn't the best. I won't name her name. When I left they seem decent for what I got quoted. At them end I ended up paying $10 more for my fill, is it because I had two nails missing? I don't know but make sure to ask and confirm the price after they look at your nails. My acrylic was lumpy and uneven. The two nails that she put on my looked way wider than the rest. I was so disappointed and mad but I quickly called the shop and asked to speak with the only and cee answered. She didn't ask question and listened to what I had to say and just told me to come back in that same day.
