She's quick, so talented and most importantly, a really sweet soul! :) I'm sure some of you can relate but I sometimes struggle to find beauty techs that are both good at what they do and attentive. Tee makes you feel comfortable every step of the way which I really appreciate. I'm moving near Santa Monica soon and i'll be making the drive to see her regularly because she's just THAT good. Her work is elite!! Also, the owner Kim is so kind and gets you scheduled in super quickly. I never have a hard time getting myself in for a set and it's always such a friendly environment once i'm there! Parking is a breeze as they have their own parking lot in the back which makes things that much easier too. Book with them I promise you won't be disappointed!!

So I'll start off by saying the guy with the tattoos that works there (I think he is only guy)…read more 10/10 he was detailed, gentle, filed my nails exactly how I want it. I think I got Structure Gel/Gel builder. I am not fond of thick gel nails and he gave me the perfect thickness, I should have requested him again. (He is the only reason I am giving this a 2) HOWEVER, I liked my experience so much I went back to get them redone but with someone else that was available. (The lady who sits by the cashier). Let me just say that was a big mistake. I don't get my nails done so I have never taken off gel before or got it redone, I don't know the process (I also told her this). So after she took off the gel and started painting, I asked for a trim (so she can do it before painting). I asked again because she didn't cut my nails yet, she confirmed that trimming the nails happen later (in slightly sassy tone). This is where it went all wrong, she BLUNDT CUT my nails, and it seems like some started to CHIP, so she ended up having to use SUPER GLUE TO FIX some of my nails at the tips. (Never hesrd of this experienced before). Before the process I showed her the nail shape that the guy did that I really liked and she said she can do that for me (almond shape). SHE WENT HAM ON THE FILER. It was uncomfortable and rough, she filed so ROUGH and UNEVEN. I was slightly bothered. And in the end I got pointed nails that I disliked, I even told her that she shaved off the sides too much, got slightly defensive, so I knew just to let it go and tell her to round the tips, I disliked how pointed she made it. My nails are uneven and each nail points and leans towards a different side. The thick gel is also uneven. I asked for thinner layer, said the thickness of what I got last time was perfect, she even clarified with the guy that did it. I am so shocked, on my experience, I would only go back to the guy who did my first set, but I don't think I am going back.

Vivian will complain every time you come in to fix the poor job done on your nails. They'll rush your manicure even though you called ahead of time to make an appointment for the walkins that come in for them to make more money because they're greedy here. You get what you pay for here and that's why they have "deals" Monday-Wednesday for 4 hours. Every time I went in some poor lady would come back upset because her nails broke 2 days later after getting her manicure or within 5 days. They'll blame you every time for it too. Their facility is not clean at all and the restroom there will confirm it. Their nail products are old and expired as well. They'll play nice until they get called out for their lack of consistent work and blame you for the nails not lasting long when it really is all about how they prepped your nails. You're not saving money if you're having to go back every week and you're better off paying an additional 20 dollars for a longer lasting manicure.
