I was not expecting what I saw when I entered. I wish I had taken photos. It's Beautiful!! All gold and white and spacious. I was afraid I might not be able to afford what I saw. It is a little more expensive than the shops I usually go to but very worth it. Also, you get a 10% discount on your first visit. The salon felt very comfortable: not too hot or cold. People were nice and attentive. They didn't play food videos in another language. The music was gentle. One television played videos of people having massages done. Another video showed Christmas cupcakes while playing easy music. It is a full-service salon: nails, massage, hair and next door to a related beauty school. They also provide 2 nice non-alcoholic drinks or wine for paying customers. Very nice touch!! I was attended by Sara for my deluxe manicure (which includes shellac) and Nancy for my shellac pedicure. The shellac is $15 more on the feet. I had a flower print on my hands and feet. Wish I had seen their website, and I might have went nuts on having all fingers and toes done. I don't like fake nails, so they worked with my natural nails. These ladies had a soft touch if you like stroking rather than a firmer massage, but it isn't a problem to ask them to massage more firmly/stronger. It costs more but I will be returning again and again. I hope more people will come. NEGATIVE: The parking lot might make you miss this gem of a place. It is AWESOME inside especially compared to the other crowded little shops in the area. This place has been here for a year but the looks of the parking lot kept me from seeing it until today because of the aforementioned shops I used to go to closed down and I don't like the others in the area.

A different lady came over there and cut down all of my nails super short! I'm not a fan of short nails, I like long nails, and I have been growing out my nails for over a year. I couldn't get the shape of design I wanted bc of how short she cut them and I'm not a fan of tips. She put tips on the super short ones to make them all the same length which was fine. As she's drilling she's burning me! At the end of the day the nails look fine they just aren't what I wanted. Today is my birthday and these are my birthday nails. Cost me $41 without tip and I tipped $6 which is about 15% There was also no hand soap in the restroom and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working.

The sofas are in the same room as service area, so vibe is a bit interesting. Small mom & pop nails salon. Called ahead and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures- asked specifically if there would be a wait - he said "No, no wait." We arrived ten minutes later, led to the back, got seated, had us soak our feet... and made to wait. They only had 3 technicians in the whole salon, and all 3 were already working on other customers. After 5-10 minutes, 2 techs got done with their clients and started on two of us. Our third person was left waiting for at least 20-25 minutes before a tech finally started working on her. We did not appreciate them saying they was no wait, knowing full well they didn't have techs available to service 3 pedis. Giving them 4 stars because they are small family shop and seemed like they're trying their best. They were not loud or pushy. They did not have a lot of colors to choose from, did not offer drinks, and don't have a ton of technicians.

They had a new lady who cut me extensively during my pedicure. You ever get a nail tech who is new or doesn't know what they are doing? They move differently during the service. Usually slower, choppy cuticle cutting style, etc. This was yesterday. Cuticles are super sore today. Even my usual manicure tech cut me yesterday. I went in around 4:30pm and no one was there. I got into the chair instantly. It's not the most up to date spot but doable. I had experienced okay service before and needed something close by and quick. I won't make that mistake again. Their door says they take visa and other credit cards. The tech kept pushing me to use my debit card. I use my credit cards for everything to get points. I understand why they push debit and cash but it's just off putting. Also the techs are literally hovering over you while you check out to see what amount for the tip you will leave. Makes things super uncomfortable. This will be the last time I'll go back. They are empty for a reason. Avoid. You deserve better.
