I loved the results so much that I added a new treatment area that I'm paying full price for (although it's still very reasonably priced). Nurse Jackie is the absolute sweetest and always made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Came here about 2 years ago for underarms and was so happy with my results I'm back again! My results lasted about a year and a half and it was amazing not having to worry about shaving anymore. I love and trust this place so much that I don't mind having to drive 40-50 minutes to it because it's worth it. The girls are always nice and welcoming, place is clean small but cute. Suzy has been taking care of me and she's awesome, very sweet and makes sure she doesn't miss any spots and no matter what area she's treating she makes you feel very comfortable. At times it might take a while to get called in but not to worry once your session starts they are so quick you'll be done in no time. Parking; I usually just park on the street and walk, no big deal, I don't recall a day I've gone and haven't found a spot. Prices are really good compared to other places I've looked at closer to me, and before you purchase on Groupon call and compare prices sometimes you'll get a better deal directly. I've talked about this place to close friends and family that some have decided to try it themselves. This is my go to place and will remain my laser hair removal spot. read more

Beware. Shady Business practices. Do not go here. They refused to honor a Groupon I purchased in good faith bc they said I had purchased another one some time ago and Groupon fine print says one person. Yes but it does not say one per new customer or that current /former customers who have used a Groupon in the past with them cannot us me another. I use Groupon often and that statement usually accompanies the fine print if a business chooses to limit Groupon use. Groupon agreed and refunded my money. They now have a complaint out on Groupon and will be notified by the company for not partaking in fair business practice. read more

I'm 38 years old and for the past 9 months I started getting Botox. I went to someone in Glendale twice and did 25 units and was amazed from her results. I thought I would try someone closer to me so I made an appointment with Zhaklin Agaronyan to get Botox and I have to say I it's the biggest disappointment of my life. I paid twice the amount I paid before and did 45 units and I see no results what so ever!! I don't think she is using the amount she is telling people. I think she is scamming people out of money. I will report her to the medical license board. I tried to go very get the opportunity to make this right but she is not willing to corporate. She is a scammer and a thief and I hate for anybody else to pay so much money and see no results. Don't walk run away from this place. read more
