The service here is amazing. As a guy I felt really uncomfortable getting lasered, but the nurses were really nice and professional. The Doctor and nurse went over the procedure with me before we started. I got my front of neck, back of neck and cheeks lasered which saves me so much time shaving every other day. After 2 sessions I already saw a huge difference. The hair is almost completely gone and I have a clean neck. Would definitely recommend this place to others. This review is strictly based on the threading. I went here a few weeks ago because my regular threading girl just moved to the other side of the valley so I wanted to find someone new. The girl that did my eyebrows did short hard movements with the thread and it hurt more than usual. The threading was ok nothing great but the next day I had scabs all around my eyebrows from her pulling too hard. Would not recommend this place for threading. read more

The staff here is great, except one week they called like 6 times to attempt to reschedule my appointment LOL. We are human and everyone makes mistakes so it's cool. Anyhow, the place is so clean. The ambience is relaxed. The girls are all so informative and polite. Most importantly the laser treatment has been so effective for me. I haven't had any rashes or burns. I have never felt uncomfortable to get naked in front of these girls. I only point this out because I've gone to another laser center in a "ritzier" area if you will, that actually costs less, but gets tons of promo from IG stars and celebrities and they aren't as great as the team at Glam. 5 stars all around. I'm a male and felt a little uncomfortable going into a laser studio, but this place was awesome. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and I'm actually seeing results after only two sessions. I've tried laser before but i didn't see results. Maybe the equipment was dated or they weren't using a strong enough setting, but I'm seeing results after only two sessions here. Everything is brand new and state of the art. I found Glam on yelp and it was close by my house so I tried it out. I had my first laser treatment with nurse suzie this month and it was amazing. She is so sweet and made me feel supper comfortable. She always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She's the best and will be coming back to her for all of my laser treatments. Best thing I have done to avoid shaving my neck and chest. I have done several treatments and the hair growth coming back is slim. Long gone are the coarse hairs and thick patches. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments to make it permanent. Even after the first treatment it made a big difference. I no longer suffer from itchy ingrown hairs. I went to Glam Laser for laser hair removal. I am not an overly hairy guy but did often shave or trim the back of my neck, chest or pluck my ears so I thought I would give this a try. My nurse Ripa did laser hair removal from my chest. It was a little sensitive but really a painless procedure.
