LOVE this place. I got a Groupon package for my first ever laser hair removal experience and was very nervous, but those nerves were quickly put to rest by the amazing people at Glam. Prices are great (with or without a Groupon looking at their website) and everyone I have talked to is super nice and helpful. I have had so many discount beauty treatments where you get that special "Groupon service" where there are extra charges or the service is bad or snooty. Not the the case here at all. Everyone is great and gives you the time of day, even if (like ME) you have 90 million questions because you are anxious. I've been for 3 of my 6 treatments now and I'm seeing great results. Diana the laser tech is the GOAT. She does amazing work and also keeps me in the loop with my progress, what she is doing with the laser, etc. I always feel in great hands with her and love her bubbly personality, and of course love chatting with her to take my mind of the minor discomfort of my hairs being zapped away. Everything is super clean and regularly sterilized, you can tell they take hygiene seriously. Everyone wears a mask and last time I was there I noticed they had some portable air filters in the lobby which I'm sure is helpful for COVID reasons. Nurse Jackie in particular is just hungry for money and will go through with procedures she is not qualified nor trained for. The staff here are just amazing! Over the years, this is the 3rd place I've been to for laser hair removal and the best. I've had great results and their prices are fair. The front desk is always very nice and helpful. I basically just schedule for any day or time because any of the nurses I've had are knowledgable and easy to work with. (Deanna is my favorite!). Brazilian laser is definitely something you want to do at a place that makes you feel comfortable and this place is it. It's no frills but I'm not going there for a spa day. I usually park on the street and have never had issues. If you are worried about pain, you can purchase numbing cream. Definitely worth the drive from the westside. read more

You would think that after being a loyal customer for over 3 years, that the customer service would get better but that's not the case. I'm really disappointed on the way they handled the situation. My original Sunday morning appointment was cancelled by them so I was forced to reschedule, so I specifically made another appointment as soon as they opened, 9am so that i could be on time for work. I show up on time, it is now 9:10 and I was informed that my nurse would be an additional 15 minutes late. I was willing to reschedule as I understand these things happen but what's upsetting is that I wasn't given any type of credit nor a sincere apology for my next appointment. It's already unprofessional to keep clients waiting, especially after I expressed the importance of the time of my appointment yet they act irresponsibly. A few hours later, I received a phone call saying management would not offer any type of credit towards my next appointment and was told that they'd understand if I wanted to cancel my next appointment! I mean wow! They really don't care if you give them business or not. I had to get up an hour earlier, sit in traffic longer, wait while I was there yet the nurse being late was totally acceptable? Found this studio because I pass by it all the time on my way to work. I decided to try them out for my laser services because I hadn't been seeing good results at another location I was going to. Their prices were a little higher than what I was used to paying at my other place- but let me tell you that you pay for what you get. I've only done my underarms twice at Glam and saw such amazing results as opposed to paying cheaper at my other place and going 12 times and still not seeing good results. I am very happy with my results. The girls are very sweet and professional. The nurse who does my laser is Suzie and she is very thorough with the procedure. I've been coming here for about a year now and I absolutely love their work! Everyone there is extremely nice from the front desk to the actual nurses! I love the results that I'm seeing. I was scared to start the laser process because of the pain, but the nurses helped me get through it. They are so gentle and understanding. Today I also got a couple skin tags removed and I was so scared of how it will feel but I did not feel a thing! The nurse had told me about the numbing cream but I decided to go without it.
