Terrible - Never go here! Greedy, lying people. Preferred Nails on Spencer & Underwood lie they are booked. They turn away paying customers that want SMALLER services. They only care about the bottom line - MONEY and THEY DON' CARE about customer's needs. For example, a simple polish change-they turn away paying customers. I walked in with my small daughter from the pouring rain today I said I need a quick polish change, so then I asked if I can make an appointment for tmrw and they lied and said they are fully booked! This isn't true since my neighbor just got her nails done. read more

Never go to the old man. He was extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing. He cut me several times and made disturbing remarks. He kept staring at me after I got mine fixed by two very kind women. If you go here then go to the ladies. They had to fix my nails and stop my bleeding that the rude old man didn't even bat an eye about I am disgusted that he has worked there for 21 years and acted like a 4 year old. read more

Update: I have been going here several months now and because of my last few visits will not be returning. Last visit I made an appointment for me, my mom, and my aunt on Saturday morning. They didn't start my Aunt until 45mins after our appointment time. I really don't love when salons don't hold their appointments. This is the only time it's happened to me so I decided to let it go. Next visit, I again made an appointment for all 3 of us. Nails and toes. I had asked them if Friday or Saturday was better. And even offered to do nails one day and toes the next. They told me to come Friday. I had a crack on one of my nails, that I pointed out and instead of fixing the nail he just put glue on it. I thought this was strange, but trusted his judgment. It broke by Sunday. I don't love in the area so to have to go back was super frustrating. My mom had to take her nails off cause it looked like a fungus had grown, they tried to play it off as old nails. Our appointment was at 5pm. Me and my mom did our nails. They didn't have someone available to do our toes til 7pm THATS ONE HOUR OF WAITING. We ended up not even doing our toes just waited for my aunt to finish and left. Some of my experiences have been good here but it seems they are overwhelmed with the amount of clients. I won't be returning. read more

Excellent quality, expedient - 50 minutes for acrylic fill and polish color tip AND nail art on each nail. No more 2 hr appointments like in other shops. The shop is clean, the staff friendly and inter personal communication is excellent!
