I work a lot so can't come in during the day and took the time out of my day to come in today, which is Wednesday to get my nail fixed and she wanted to charge me $20 when I asked her to go ahead and takeoff the service because I was unsatisfied with the service that she gave me on my nails on Saturday.

My toes were finished with the pretty OPI regular polish I chose and no one hassled me about how much better gel polish is after I made my decision. Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.
