For years I've done my own nails because I could never find a consistent nail tech, but the other month I went to a nail salon (not this one) to "treat myself" and was left with a traumatic experience and so much damage to my nails! I reached out to Polina and told her my situation, sent photos of the damage done to my nails, and she was so sweet and reassured me that they could get them healthy and strong again! This was my first Russian gel manicure and I'm obsessed with the results! Sammi did my manicure and she was super kind, very gentle, and just did an AMAZING job! My nails haven't been this short in forever, but after all the damage that was done at the last shop, I'm just happy Sammi and Polina were able to restore them naturally and still make them look sooo pretty! The shop was a cute vibe. It was clean and immediately upon walking in they ask if you need any water or a blanket if it's cold, so you can get comfortable. Overall, the customer service was great! The shop wasn't crowded, so it was real personal, unlike other shops that usually have like 20 other people around you. BELIEVE THE HYPE LADIES! Service was done by Yoli, who is absolutely lovely and very patient, even though she is a junior nail artist. She truly listened to my expectations and delivered exactly what I wanted. However, the owner, Poline, deserves only one star for her lack of understanding of the client's needs. When I asked for a medium thickness polish for a more natural effect, she stepped in and objected, telling me the opposite. It's important to respect and listen to clients' expectations. Although I am very satisfied with the final result thanks to Yoli and I even left a 25% tip for her excellent service. I was disappointed by the owner's attitude and nonchalance. read more

Owner has quite a mouth on her lol she was making a bunch of generalized statements about mexican people right in front of me (i'm mexican). was uncomfortable the entire time. they also require you to pay a 50% deposit but are expected to pay full price at the appointment and the deposit you paid for the appointment i guess moves over to the next appointment if you book again. don't know how that works if you decide to cancel or if you get your deposit back. weird place. i cancelled my appt before the 48 hrs so i wonder if ill be getting my deposit back... As for Viktoriia my nails always came out great but i always had cuts on my fingers when she finished so that was annoying. read more
