When I called to schedule my first appointment, the front office receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was able to help me schedule a date and time that worked with my schedule. They were patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. When I walked in for my appointment, the front office staff were welcoming and it helped me ease my nerves. They helped me check in and I was called in quickly. Alicia was kind and patient, and helped me with my questions concerning my insurance. The dental hygienist/ assistant was so nice and gentle.
