Please be careful if you are going to spend your hard earned money at this nail salon. First, they don't disclose all the "extra" costs/fees up front and lay it on you at the cash register. My daughter and I went in and what we expected to be about $100 for both of us turned out to be $221. We were initially happy with the way our nails looked, but within 2 days all of our nails started breaking which made me realize why we were told over and over that if anything breaks to come back and they will fix for free (kinda like they knew the nails were going to break). I've been a customer for a while now, up until recently when it fell under new management. My mother and I always came to treat ourselves, until one day we met the new owner Beth. I can positively say without any reservations that she was the most unkind, disrespectful, and out right rude person I have ever met. Scheduling an appointment when she picks up the phone was like being accosted. If I could do less than one star, I would. I made an appointment online and got an email back right away. I came in for a pedicure and wanted to try with CBD lotion. Beth was really friendly and greeted me by name, I was really impressed! It was really relaxing and my nail tech was so nice and actually trying to have a conversation with you. She was gentle too which I was really appreciated. I will definitely be back! Love this place! First time here and it was such an amazing experience! They have a huge selection of polishes with different colors. I came with two friends and we didn't make an appointment but we weren't waiting for a long time at all! The two ladies that did our nails are so nice, and also hilarious! We all got gel manicures and they painted our nails both beautifully and efficiently. They also gave a nice quick neck/back massage afterwards. This was already a great experience - but then it got better. My friends and I were just standing outside talking for awhile. One of the ladies from the salon came outside and invited us to come inside just to sit and talk! She even gave us each a bottle of cold water. That was such great customer service on her part. I sent my little sister to get her nails done here for homecoming. Not only did they rush on her nails, but they REFUSED to make them any shorter, she literally told my little sister no! She just cut them and said "i did them kind of long." I can't even begin to explain how lumpy they were as well, looked like they were done by a 10 year old that never used nail polish before. Then she blamed my little sister for "chipping" her own nail when she rushed and wasn't even looking, told her "you chipped my color?" Excuse me, I'm the one paying? I went into this place super excited because I have never tried it before and it seemed cheap. The ladies are super friendly and nice. I got an acrylic set. They totally forgot to paint the side of the nails and when I walked out they were very lumpy on the tops. Looked like a wave pool on top of my nails. Too bad - very close to my house, but I doubt I'll try again. I walked in to an empty front desk/stand, and stood looking at a menu until someone approached. Here, it turns out two young women were lounging in the chairs behind me - where customers would sit - laughing at me and asking if I was ready. ?? I said yes, and I asked for a pedi. During it, she suggested the callous remover, and I did need it. The experience wasn't relaxing - never got a chance to just sit back a bit, and she continued to giggle at me, and I didn't have faith she'd do a good job. I was right. I left with rough feet. Overall, it was a job I could have done. I tried this place because enough reviews said it was good and reasonably priced. Tonight, reading a long time customer saying she has had a few similar experiences and that they've gone downhill explains it. read more

So disappointed. I'm new to the area and very excited to see a salon close to my house. On my first visit I was passed from one technician to another and then overcharged but the work was good, the technicians were at least friendly. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went back yesterday and the young lady at the front apparently was upset that I didn't want a pedicure "just a fill" so she informed me what I would be having done instead of asking me, was so rushed that I felt like my fingers were on fire from the drill. I finally had to stop her because she was being so rough. When it became apparent that she had no intention of doing a proper job I left. I've been to this place 1 year ago and had a bad experience and I did not go back until today, I Saw a sign today for a special manicure and pedicure the price was so good I couldn't resist so I decided to give them another try, I think everyone deserves a second try, so I went in and the place looked different it turned out this place is under new ownership, I was seated right away and had my pedicure and I must say this was the most relaxing pedi I've had. Sovann took her time in massaging my feet and removed any calluses I had didn't rush to get me out of the chair like the last time I was here, the previous owners would get you in and out fast just so you pay and leave, it didn't matter to them if they did a good job or not. I'm so glad I came in today and got a nice and relaxing mani and pedi and it was worth every penny, I will be back and will tell everyone of the excellent service I received. So I decided to come on yelp and give a review and it was so funny to see how in the past couple of months people come on here and advertise the previous employee that used to work there and even giving the name and phone number (which I believe it's against yelps rules) to find that person and blah blah blah give me a break everyday people get hired and fired so get over it. It also seems like someone told them to do this cause it's so obvious someone would go out of their way and advertise for someone else, I wouldn't be surprised if that Diane person told her clients to do this for her just so everyone follows her to her new job. read more
