IT was very clean, well lit, and I felt comfortable in my season-appropriate clothes. She offered for me to use the restroom and space for my bag and jacket. As I arrived, her current client was leaving right on time-- I saw them both laughing and overheard that she's a repeat client so It let me know people trust Nia! Nia uses very good quality supplies! Plus she has a huge selection of colours! My whole appointment she worked super efficiently and was friendly yet professional in how she communicated to me. I'm so grateful for my nails!

I gave my nails a break from gelX over the winter so Nia suggested I try builder gel on my natural nails this time and I love how they turned out! Note that Nia works quietly so it's usually minimal chatting, but she is very sweet and personally I love how efficient she is and I can tell she's just focusing on perfecting her craft. It's not a luxury experience; the massage was short, and my heels weren't buffed as much as I'd like. Overall, this is a decent spot for a quick touch-up or in-between visits. I was perfectly comfortable walking to this location, as the foot traffic was heavy. I did call ahead to make an appointment. Once arriving, everyone was very kind. We discussed what I was looking for and they were glad to help. Everyone there had great communication skills and ensured I was aware of my next steps (we had some rearranging that was done in my scheduled appointment). Elaine- she was fabulous!
