I wanted something more natural and balanced. After the lamination process, she started shaping my brows and when she showed me the results, I immediately noticed they looked uneven and lacked symmetry and thicker than I had wanted. I mentioned it to her and asked if she could correct them a bit, and while she did try, they still didn't look right to me afterward but I paid and left. I felt I could shape them better at home myself. The friend I had brought with me pointed out that they looked different from each other. Individually, they weren't terrible, but together, they just didn't look balanced or well-shaped as a pair. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry because brows are naturally sisters, not twins, but for a $150 service from someone with such a strong reputation, I did expect more attention to overall shape and balance. What disappointed me the most was what happened over the next few days. My brow hairs stayed extremely dry, stiff, and brittle well past the normal timeframe. By day three, they still felt very dry and I started noticing actual breakage and kinking in the hairs. After researching it online, it really seemed like my brows were overprocessed. I reached out to her because I understand mistakes happen and everyone can have an off day. I simply wanted to let her know what was happening and hoped she would at least respond or offer some help. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her at all, and honestly that part spoke volumes to me. I truly don't understand how so many people had such amazing experiences while mine was so disappointing, but this was genuinely my experience and I wanted to share it honestly.

Got my brows done by May and i love them! You have to call or message her for appointments. She…read moretook her time to make sure my brows were even. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! Overall i would highly recommend this spot to my friends and family !

Nina helped fix my botched brows after a terrible experience at a different microblading studio. She was happy to lead me through the process, and was open to let her know what I wanted my brows to look like. Her space is very clean and calming, and the process was not too painful. It just feels as if someone is drawing your eyebrows on with a pen. I am so happy that I went with Nina, as I don't think any other microblading studio would have given me what I wanted. Nina did 3 different procedures for me, Lip Blush, Ombre Powder Brows, and Lashes (the picture to my left is the day of the procedure, the picture In the middle shows a week after all my procedures, and the picture to my right shows exactly how messed up my eyebrows were before) that was on November 13, 2021... I washed my face but made sure not to wet my eyebrows as instructed. I understand that I was provided aftercare instructions by email and paper instructions would've been helpful as well and I wasn't aware that by the third day my eyebrows could be wet, I was under the impression that you have to wait for your eyebrows to be completely healed. Meaning wait for the scabs to fall off. That's why I was careful not to wet them. However, I don't feel that this explains or justifies the final outcome of my eyebrows. I did have an allergic reaction during the healing process, but now that my eyebrows are completely healed, there are still no visible hair-like strokes from the nano brows. My eyebrows honestly look as though nothing was done, which is very disappointing considering the price I paid. I also understand that one side of my face may have been more relaxed than the other, but I still feel that shouldn't have resulted in such a noticeably uneven arch. I did my research beforehand because I was told I would be in good hands, and I trusted that I would receive a natural, hair-like result. Looking back, I probably should have researched other artists more carefully, even if it meant paying more, because I may have had a different outcome. Unfortunately, I feel that the money I spent did not result in what I was promised or expected. I'm not saying this to be disrespectful or to argue.
