I ended up wanting my eyeliner to be thicker so she helped me thicken it during my touch up. Still hurts like crazy especially because I wanted the eyeliner to go in a bit more. It hurts the 1st hr or 2, but the ice pack given helped a bit. After that, it's bruised and puffy for maybe a day. She works by herself so everything is done by her. I first want to preface my review by saying that I'm not someone who has ever done my own brows or does anything to my brows aside from getting them threaded, so I did not really go into my appointment with any concrete ideas about how I wanted my brows to look. Having said that, I believe that Ms. Soo did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I was initially alarmed after the appointment as my eyebrows seemed unnaturally thick (the darkness of the color I was expecting); but as Ms. Soo warned me, the thickness shrank quite quickly, leaving me with a very natural shape and very natural looking shading. Responding to the owner: If I had a problem with my eyebrows fixing would mean making them look the same. Not making one thicker and the other one thinner. It was clear to me that you Would have to make it thicker. But you said it would look better I had two people tel me my eyebrows look bad. I had an eyebrow tattoo 4 years ago. Color faded and reddish left. I waited on purpose until color faded because I didn't like the shape. I asked Soo to cover my old faded tattoo. She did a great job. At least to my satisfaction. Her skill of strokes is amazing. The strokes look natural like real hair and naturally distributed. My old one did not look like hair but painted eyebrows. My skin was sensitive and felt painful a little. When I told Soo, she stroked carefully and applied more numbing, waited for 5 mins , then stroked again, applied numbing, waited 5 mins and do it again. Her office is cozy and private.
