They have a huge selection of rentals that make hosting parties super easy. We ended up getting a margarita machine, the outdoor movie night, and some backyard games, and everything was a hit with our guests. The margarita machine was probably the star of the night. It worked perfectly and was super easy to use. Everyone kept going back for refills and it really gave the party a fun vibe. The outdoor movie night setup was awesome too. The picture was clear and it was perfect for watching a game outside with everyone hanging out. What really stood out though was the service. They were super professional, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Delivery and setup was smooth, and everything was clean and ready to go. We were trying to book for our daughter's wedding and kept getting the excuse of "we're in transition." I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said. Well, I guess they aren't looking for any new customers and won't ever get my business or recommendation. Horrible experience!

After giving Brandon a bit of background on the machine and the symptoms, he took down my contact info and we settled on a weekend appointment time. This was much appreciated since it was the most convenient time for me. Now I've tinkered with minor repairs in the past, but the last couple of issues that I fixed ended up taking more time than I was willing to invest this time around. So I was glad to find Brandon's repair services which are offered at a very reasonable hourly rate. Shortly after he arrived, he was able to diagnose my current issue to a blown breaker. I was a bit embarrassed that it was something that trivial, but I learned a good bit of useful information while he determined what was wrong. He also made a few other adjustments to both our pinball machines based on other minor quirks I'd reported seeing. He ended up charging me for less than an hour since we spent some of the time talking, but I was happy to pay him for the full hour and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future repairs.
