She was raving about Alyssa and her work with nano brows, which she said is far better than microblading. Then I read all her highly rated reviews and followed her instagram for months before finally making the decision to do it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Alyssa is an absolute gem and amazing at what she does. She felt that I was nervous being its my first time and she immediately put my mind at ease. It never seemed like she was rushing through the appointment. She was very thorough in explaining each step in the process and answering all the questions I had. From the moment I walked in, I loved how clean and comfortable her place was. She makes you feel very relaxed by putting a wedge pillow under your legs and providing a warm blanket. She was so patient with me during the outlining in making sure I loved the shape and look. Alyssa is very skilled at her craft, she studies the shape of your brows, how it fits your face, works with you every step of the way to perfect the look, and then delivers the final result even better than you could've imagined. I am so pleased with how they came out I couldnt stop staring since they looked so natural. I've recommended all my girls to Alyssa and confident that she'll take care of them. The process was seamless and she walked me through the phases of recovery that I would go through as they heal so I knew exactly what to expect. She walks you through things including details on aftercare; and even provides some sterile spray after. If you have questions she's responsive. I actually brought my partner here after they had a nose piercing at another place and she helped them with it and told them more about aftercare that the other place hadn't mentioned. I've now gotten four lobes, two helix, and a nose piercing here. I only lament that I don't have other piercings I want. :)

Extremely accommodating, if you lose your initial jewelry like you lost a ball they'll replace it. Love all the staff, super helpful with any questions and I love the pamphlet they give you when you get a piercing! When you're going somewhere for something as important and intimate as a piercing or tattoo, I think it's extremely important for the staff to be friendly or at least not offputting.

Went to this place to just buy the nose piercing. guy w tattoos, belly n no shirt on said he could…read morehelp putting it on. I thought "it can't be that bad" so I accepted the guy was gonna put the piercing without sanatizing it (I had to ask n he was like "oh yeah yeah I got you") then he used like a car/electric tool to twist the piercing open..the inside tissue of my nose piercing was already closed (Ive had my piercing for years just took it off for 2 weeks) he brings out a needle like the ones you use to put clothing pieces together had me thinking "how many ppl does he used that same needle on" . Then he tries putting the piercing,it kept hurting so I kept saying "no leave it like that I'll do it on my own" as I kept tearing up. He proceeds to not listen until he puts the piercing in(forcing the piercing while I'm in pain continually saying no) and he brings back the tool again and twistes my piercing "back in place". Honestly all I'm hoping is I get no infection and pain goes away because this had never happened to me. Avoid this from happening because apparently a "no" is a yes to them‍ and there was someone there "learning" I hope that guy doesn't follow the same procedures this guy did. I am in terrible pain can't even take the piercing off besides that this caused emotional distress for me because I didn't wanna get hurt by pulling back when I kept saying no, felt useless.
