Great Spa, Unfortunately One Very Unprofessional Experience I had a 5:00 p.m. appointment today, August 18, 2026, with Mimi. I've been here before and have had good experiences with Jasmine and Naomi, so I don't feel the entire spa should suffer because of one person's behavior. That's why I'm still giving 2 stars. Unfortunately, today's appointment was very disappointing. I asked for the deluxe pedicure with regular polish, no gel. While trimming my toenails, Mimi was a little rough, so I politely asked her to be gentler because my feet are sensitive. I then noticed my right toenail had been cut diagonally and asked if she could please even it out. I even said, "Please don't get upset that I'm asking." Instead of simply hearing me out, her demeanor immediately changed. She became defensive, raised her voice, and insisted that was how the nail was supposed to be cut. She eventually said she would fix it, but never did. A second walk-in came in and service was rushed, but I kept an eye to ensure the service I asked for was being done - $65 pedicure. Later, when I questioned whether a second coat of polish had been applied, I again told her, "Please don't get upset that I'm asking." The same thing happened. She became defensive and loud, insisted she had applied two coats, and dismissed what I was trying to explain. What made the interaction especially uncomfortable was that when I later addressed her tone, she seemed to minimize or deny that she had been speaking to me that way.i saw 1 coat applied . The wax treatment was also very hot. When I mentioned it, her response was simply that it was supposed to be hot, rather than checking whether I was comfortable. Mimi moved on to the next customer without telling me I was finished or offering to help when my nail polish was dried. After sitting for about 10-15 minutes, I removed the toe separators myself and put on my sandals. She was right next to me on my right side, and I caught her looking at me, but she never once asked if I needed any help. I simply got up and went to the front desk. I finally told her that I didn't appreciate the way I had been spoken to, especially since I had remained polite throughout the appointment. She shared that something was going on with her daughter, and I gently told her I was sorry to hear that. However, personal circumstances don't excuse becoming defensive or dismissive toward a customer who is simply asking for something to be corrected. I do want to be fair and acknowledge that Mimi was kind to my mom at the beginning and invited her to sit next to me. My mom was also offered hot tea, which I appreciated. I normally tip, and I did not tip today, which is very unlike me. I also travel nearly an hour to come here and have referred others in the past. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner or manager sees this and provides some coaching around communication, professionalism, and how to respond when a customer politely raises a concern. I do believe people deserve second chances, and hopefully Mimi is able to reflect on this experience and improve how she communicates with customers moving forward. read more

I visit this new nail shop on a Saturday and called prior to coming . I was scheduled an appointment and hour before coming . I came in about 15 min early and was greeted by the owner to wait . At my appointment time I still wasn't in the chair for my pedicure . At 12:45 Mimi came to sit me in water . My service didn't officially start till 1pm . I am giving this shop 3 stars because it has a lot of potential . It's clean and open but they seem to be really short on staff . For a Saturday only two people providing service My pedicure wasn't the best with polish my toes are streaky and one doesn't seem to cured fully for the gel . My pedicure wasn't also interrupted multiple times since no one was at front desk. I would give this place time to grow with staff before coming again read more

I was very disappointed with my experience. I had been messaging the salon for several days trying to book an appointment, but after I sent them my availability, I never received a response. Before driving over, I called to make sure they were still accepting walk-ins, asked what time they closed, asked about the pricing, and confirmed they were able to do the manicure and pedicure services I wanted. I was told they were open, accepting walk-ins, and could accommodate what I was looking for, so I went in expecting to get a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I was told, "You need to come back tomorrow, we're so full." This was extremely frustrating because I had specifically called beforehand to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time. If the salon was already fully booked, I wish they had simply told me over the phone instead of having me drive over. I ended up wasting my time not only driving there, but also spending the past several days trying to get an appointment. I was genuinely excited to try this salon for the first time, but after this experience and the lack of communication, I won't be returning. I decided to try a new spot for my manicure pedicures. I did some research and found KX beauty studio I called and they took me right away. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful inside it smells delightful and the staff is super friendly. The massage chairs for your pedicure are amazing. They gave me a mimosa what a refreshing treat from what I was used to the staff took their time and talked to me about my needs prior to starting. The service helped me choose the color. My manicure and pedicure were top-notch. They took their time and treated me like a princess I will absolutely be back. I am very disappointed at how I was treated here. I know when I am being discriminated or looked that weird, and this was fat phobia at its finest. I didn't have an appointment and they did accommodate me, however when I saw the treatment that a skinny white girl was getting as opposed to myself a fat Latina, it was obvious. I felt the energy shift and it was horrible. I am a great customer. I deserve to be pampered and I am a great tipper and I will not be returning here. I hope you guys treat your other customers better because the place is beautiful and clean and the tech that helped me was really nice but the owners (not sure) or the two blonde women who are taking the payments, and answering the phone.... You are in desperate need of business etiquette and kindness goes a long way. You treated me with no respect, looking down at me is not okay and unfortunately your business will suffer. Naomi was very sweet and also speaking to Vicki over the phone was very warm and inviting. Every single moment of my royal manicure and pedicure was perfection! Friendly service I've gone for my toes which I will admit they're extremely detailed and take pride in the work they do so it does take a little bit of time (3 hrs) so definitely recommend coming here on your day off or when you don't have plans so you can get the full experience without rushing. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. It amounted to $78. My reasons for it not being 5 stars are the following. The person who did my manicure did not cut my nails straight. I had to ask them to fix it. Then there was some dirt under my fingernails and I had to ask her to go back and remove it. My toes are also not cut straight and have sharp edges. When it was time to pay I was just standing there because no one came up to me. I had to ask someone so that I could pay. Things I did like the massage, it was great.
