I am writing this right after my first visit from this salon and first impressions I am absolutely wowed by their service and professionalism here. I contacted Polish via Yelp looking for the right salon to get a gel manicure for an upcoming event this weekend and Thu was very quick and responsive with all my questions and requests! Even rescheduling my appointment was incredibly easy with them when I mixed up my schedule. The salon is very clean and modern. Everyone there was incredibly nice and my tech Nikki was absolutely amazing! She quickly found the color I wanted after I requested a different blue from their swatch stick and went straight to work! She hit a little bit of a snag when it came to the polish since the formula is so sheer and you need thin coats to apply properly, it wasn't really covering my nails the way we wanted it to. Two techs and Thu (I believe since she greeted me and knew about my appointment) came to the rescue and the problem was quickly solved by adding a coat of opaque polish that was similar in color. I didn't ask them to fix this, Nikki went out of her way to fix it herself so the manicure came out absolutely perfect! A sheer look is not my personal favorite so I really appreciate that she caught it and found a perfect solution! I was also surprised by the hand massage I received after Nikki finished the manicure! With cuticle oil, lotion and a hot towel my hands were soooo soft afterwards. I was so upset when I had to wash my hands after using the restroom when I got home lol From start to finish I really loved my visit to this salon and will definitely come back if the manicure lasts up to two weeks. I work with my hands a lot and wash them frequently so I won't be mad if they don't last 3 weeks. Update from yesterday (1/12): As beautiful as my nails are, they have already started lifting. I also noticed that my nail shapes are different sizes. Granted this could be because my nail shapes in general are different, but definitely not like this. My friend also got her nails done at the same time as me and her nail tech ate up the sides of her nails leaving her nail beds exposed. Most likely will not be coming back because of these issues :/ read more

I went to this place today for manicure and as soon as I told them Want manicure so first they said it will $7 extra to remove the gel nail polish and I told them came few times and you never charged so finally they agreed. Great service I came in as a walk in and pricing was reasonably did a up-charged pedicure and gel for around $50. I have not had a pedicure in years because of my ingrown toenail but the lady was gentle and I felt no pain. Music was calming and the massage chair was nice. I had an express pedicure and manicure yesterday. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. My manicure was excellent and painless. Unfortunately, my pedicure was painful the entire time. I don't like the feeling of pedicures so i thought I was being overly sensitive. But this morning I woke up with a lot of pain in my big toe. It was swollen and when I touched it, pus came out. I poured some hydrogen peroxide on it and it foamed immediately on the spot that was injured. I also didnt notice until this morning that the nail tech did some callous removal but left most behind. I didn't ask for any callous removal because it was an express pedicure and I was in a hurry, but it looks really bad now read more

Love this place! I've been coming here for over 3 years now and I'm always happy when I leave. My normal go to is powder dip with Lina and I just take whoever is available for my toes. Everyone is great here! I have yet to experience anything bad here. This last time I came in I had a new lady because Lina wasn't available and I realized that I've never made a review. So much so that I embarrassingly always fall asleep while they are doing my nails lol they also have this loyalty program through an outside party where you get points and special discounts every so often. In this economy saving a few dollars anywhere can help. For reference: Lina- best at doing what YOU want. I love her! Just tell her what you want and guide her through it and she will literally create anything you want. She's a perfectionist. Christine- best at designs and all that fun stuff. It was my second time coming here. Customer service was great. Last Friday, I got a gel manicure and exfoliating pedicure with callus removal that cost $72. Unfortunately, my GEL manicure only lasted one week. I've never had this problem at other places. Gel manicure usually lasts more than 3 weeks. My toes still look nice with regular nail polish even though they told me to go with gel because it would last longer. I'm glad I didn't.
