She soaked off my previous set, prepped my nails with attention to detail and gave me a gorgeous set of gel x with chrome. Well let me tell you what a TRAIN WRECK this whole experience has been. First of all the prices were NOT WHAT I WAS QU0TED ON THE PHONE. And we're significantly higher than I was expecting or wanting to pay but I thought what the hell? If they do a good job and I found a place to get my nails done that it would be worth it. NOT. When I got home after I got them done and looked them over I couldn't believe what I saw. There was BIG GLOBS OF HARDENED ACRYLIC ON THE UNDER SIDE OF MY NAILS AND MY TOENAILS DIDN'T EVEN MATCH. So I called and they fixed it and I tried to tip her and she wouldn't let me. I TOLD THE OWNER THANK YOU SO MUCH THAT I WAS GRATEFUL.
