I made an appt for 2 people, and when we came in they weren't prepared for 2 people to sit next to each other. Not the fastest service, and kind of looked surprised when the other guest was my boyfriend. Friendly reminder that anyone can get their toes done. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Relatively normal. My boyfriend and I wanted the same color, so that took longer as well. This nail salon didn't have too many options for normal/gel color, and up charges everything $20. Cat eye this gel that. The color I wanted was in gel only of course. Their pedicure menu is also very limited. They offered a callus removal treatment that unfortunately did nothing (that should be included in my opinion... I've had that done for free at every other salon). I came mid/late May and a couple of my boyfriend's toes and one of my toes polish has fallen off. Just off. Overall vibe wasn't welcoming besides my personal pedicurist. Made appointments ahead of time and they didn't have enough staff once we arrived so they started two of our girls and the rest had to leave and come back in an hour. It really messed up us getting our pedicures together since we were doing it for a wedding. All of the staff were VERY sweet and did an amazing job.
