My first time here getting a pedicure, Vivian is such a nice help. I was running around looking for a nice small place and this is just fine. Very polite and fast working, mindful of what you need. Also had very nice relaxing music. I'm definitely coming back here.

Vivian is my go-to manicurist and I see her monthly for aprés gel nails full set or fill and a gel pedicure. She always does a great job, my nails are healthy and she does them exactly how I like them! Vivian owns Style Nails and runs the shop by herself so make an appointment ahead of time for the best experience. Her prices are fair and the high quality is consistent. The shop is pretty quiet and usually has music playing. Sometimes her family is there and they are very kind. I'll post pics after my appt tomorrow, I usually do a pink gel.

While I'm not too mad about my nails, they do look pretty good, I feel like it could have been better had I received her full attention. I didn't like that she was definitely rushing and was getting annoyed that I wanted another coat of the darker shade of pink. She was distracted and was pretty harsh with the nail drill, then tells me to relax when she was using it like she was shaving wood and not human nails. I also didn't like my pedicure at all. Again it was rushed and the dry skin around the nail bed was still there when she finished. It just didn't look clean. Vivian is the only person working there. When I asked her why she doesn't hire another person, she said because she's picky and she needs her customers to come back. Well.. maybe she should do a better job herself instead of rushing through each customer because another one is waiting, and being very distracted. The last thing that I found completely annoying is that there is no sign in front, by the door, that tells customers that they ONLY take cash or debit. No credit cards at all. This is the 1st salon I have ever been to that doesn't take credit. I didn't bring my debit card and carry no cash. I had to go home, get my card, go to the atm and withdraw from my savings. So beware if you decide to go. THEY ONLY ACCEPT DEBIT OR CASH. Suffice it to say, I will not go back. Best of luck to them though.

    New see through nails!

Nails are always done so well just as you ask Vivian emphasizes keeping your nails healthy Definitely recommend this nail salon it has been the best I've been to in town I will always come back here

I'm new to the area from Hollywood and found Vivian near my home. She was very friendly and my mani/pedi came out great! Will def be coming back for continued business. Do make an appt, as she's busy.

    Always an amazing service

Every time I get my nails done Vivi goes above and beyond. She always makes sure I love my nails before I leave. Very kind and great quality.

They really helped make our weekend feel relaxing and stress-free. If we stay again at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara, we will definitely return to Lapis Spa inside Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for an all-day experience with activities and energy, it definitely delivers. That said, the coed areas can get quite loud, especially on weekends. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there is no shortage of things to explore. Overall, it is a unique experience, but if you are expecting a quiet, traditional spa environment, this may not fully meet those expectations.

Every room felt unique, and I really enjoyed exploring the different spa areas. The woman who did my body scrub was AMAZING. She was incredibly thorough and seriously got every inch of my body. The massage afterward also felt fantastic. My skin honestly never felt so soft and smooth afterward -- literally baby soft. That said, there were a few downsides. First, I was surprised they don't provide slippers. I've been to several Korean spas in LA and San Francisco, and I've never experienced one where you either had to bring your own or purchase it there. And they had nothing to dry your hair or curl your hair after you were done with your services. No Q-tips, no tissues, no hair ties, hairspray, deodorant, or anything. Also, I'm not from Vegas, so I had no idea about the area until the Uber dropped us off, but the neighborhood felt very sketchy and honestly a little scar. The inside of the spa felt completely fine and safe, but the outside surroundings definitely caught me off guard. In fact, the Uber guy, who had dropped me off, told me not to wait outside. As across the street was a place where you go in for parole and to check your ankle monitor. I also felt the woman at the front desk could have been more welcoming or informative. Most Korean spas I've visited usually give first-time guests a quick tour or explanation of the amenities, but that didn't happen here, which made it feel a little awkward at first. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant since I arrived right when they opened in the morning and it wasn't open yet. Overall though, despite a few issues, the scrub service alone was worth the visit.

Just got back from my first visit to The Imperial Spa and I feel fan-freaking-tastic!…read more For all the mixed reviews I see on this place, I had a very enjoyable visit. I decided to purchase a day pass, which runs $45, 7 days a week. There is some really value here with that price. At check in, the receptionist was very friendly and asked if it was my first visit. She explained what was on the first floor (gender separate) and what was on the second floor (co-ed). She also handed me the "uniform" and a locker key (on a scrunchie), as she called it, for the co-ed spaces. Cool! And off I go! I went to the gender separated men's side first and set myself up with a locker. Like I said, this place is deceptively huge. The locker space has plenty of mirrors and stocked with all kinds of toiletries. The men's wet area is over to your left and the co-ed dry sauna and staircase leading to the co-ed second floor. In the wet area there is a massive hot tub! The jets on the sides are kind of weak, but the ones in the back are perfect! I spent a good chunk of time in here! You also had 2 steam room area side by side. Kind of odd since they are both fairly small. The steam was fantastic though! Also spent a good chunk of time in here! lol Finally, I decided to put on the "uniform" and do a little exploring. There is a TON of lounging space and quiet spaces upstairs. It was very quiet and peaceful. I spent a little time in the Ice Room and that was pretty chill (see what i did there?? See? :) Personally, I'm not a big fan of the cold as much as the warm/hot. The red clay ball room is something I had read about yet never experienced before. It was a very interesting and unique experience. I NEVER fall asleep in spas (or in public, really), but after a few moments of laying here I started to legit doze off. Definitely want to do that again. I've seen cleanliness mentioned in other reviews, so I guess I was braced for something, but it seemed very clean to me. You can tell the building is older, but its much nicer inside than you might think from the area it is located in. There is some real value in that $45 price also. You can get here as early as 9:30 am and, I believe, they are open until 8:30 pm. I only needed a couple of hours today, but the reset it gave me was worth it. Yes, it may not be as opulent as a lot of strip spas. You will also pay an average of $120 and up for that difference. There are only (2) things I did not like here. (1) You only get one towel. I'm not one of those guys that grabs a stack at a time, but man, you should be able to get a second or third towel if you are there long enough. (2) No sandals. This is the big one for me. Too easy to pick up funguses and other unpleasant things walking around everywhere in your bare feet. I will bring my own next time, but this was less than comfortable for me. All that said, I will be back. I love the steam and hot tub a lot and now I want to go back and do the red clay ball room again. I will just bring an extra towel and some sandals with me next time. lol I wavered between 3-4 stars, but they were nice so that gives them the bump up to 4 stars. 4 stars.

IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

Overall, it's been a mixed bag of experiences, because ultimately it depends on the masseuse, fluctuating prices, and their schedule. Overall, it's a solid facility and large enough to wear. It can accommodate all sorts of groups for a variety of different massages. There are plenty of chairs for foot massages, private rooms galore, custom shoulder massage chairs, and a serene ambiance with Chinese style furniture that helps with its overall vibe. There have been times where other patrons are talking and there have been times where the mass masseuses are the ones chatting (audibly). The back walking, deep tissue massages are the ones to get, but not every masseuse is able to do this. Some folks may complain about the lack of English, but that has never posed an issue for anyone I brought here, including myself. There are benefits to being members here, in which prices are always going to average out on the cheaper side and is an option, I would recommend for any local. If the massage was good, remember the name of the masseuse. Cash is king, even though they also accept credit cards. Tips can vary, of course, but don't let anyone bully for more than what is reasonable. (#1) __________ (#1) Typically $10-15 for an hour's worth is my rule of thumb.
