Absolutely terrible experience. I got my nails done for my senior photos and they are absolutely HORRIBLE. Out of all of my years getting my nails done, they have never been THIS bad. Originally I asked for a pink french tip with an orange line lining it, they told me they werent able to do it which obviously shouldve been the first red flag but i blew it off because maybe they just aren't too good with such a design (even though I can do it and i'm not even licensed!). He poorly glued on the nails, it was so poorly glued on that when he was filing the nail, it popped off! When drilling and filing he drilled my hand numerous times and cut my hand. Most of my nails are crooked and some are different sizes on each hand. When doing the french tip, he messed it up and i had to ask for him to fix it numerous times because he used acetone to clean it up and left a white cast. My french tips were an extra 5 dollars and they are completely crooked and horrible! Each french tip is uneven and he left white nail polish on the nail and on my skin. When we went to check out we told the woman at the front about it, she just apologized and took pictures of them. We asked for a discount, the total was 65, originally 60 but 5 extra for the french tip, she offered us the 5 off and we only ended up spending 60. big discount off for cutting and ruining my nails read more

I like this place I frequent normally. And I'm picky. Their shape is amazing and listen if I ask them to make minor adjustments. And they are really nice. The only problem I have is with their color. The brand of color they use is off from the example (cr8tions). Which is so frustrating since it cost $40 for a gel fill, when you spent $60 the week before on a new set. The place is very clean and hygienic, the staff is nice and they do a really great job in pedicures. They massage your feet and all the works. I used to go here every month and get my nails done. I used to love this because of their hospitality and nice employees. They do a good job on acrylic nails: clean and natural looking. What happened now? I understand that they get a lot of customers because of their nice service but i don't think it's the same anymore. My last visit was horrible! I think they should hire more people who knows how to at least say "hi, how are you?" without giving me a weird look. The owner, Christina, is really nice and i think she deserves better employees. I got both mani and pedi. They sat me on the foot spa chair with relaxing massage and been helped after an hour and a half. The girl started filing 4 of my fingernails, then left to help the other customer. Wow. And so i waited for another 20min to finally get my pedi. My time is precious and i hate being passed on esp that i'm paying for their service. It wasn't really that busy at all and there was one girl that's being helped by 2 people. Shouldn't i get the same treatment too since i'm here to for 2 full sets like her? As for my manicure/ acrylic nails, Joe (?) really did a terrific job! Look for him (he's sort of short, with short hair, and he can speak English) or Christina. I'm giving them 3 stars because of him. He knows exactly what i wanted. I got a fill and he did AWESOME. I told him i wanted my french tips shorter, and so he did. I asked for purple designs on my ring fingers, and so he did. It was really nice and pretty. I looks very natural. New Years ready :) Stopped by for a gel mani pedi and wasn't disappointed. The nail technician was very detailed and thorough, so it took probably a couple hours for the whole thing to be over. I would definitely suggest that you not be in a hurry when you come here, because they definitely take their time. Nails did turn out great, though. I need to see how these pretty things hold up. The ABSOLUTE WORST nail shop in Vegas! I decided to give this nail shop a chance because I recently moved to the area and I need it a quick fill. I read from the reviews that all the guys that do nails there are pretty good so I decided to give it a chance. I should have known something was wrong when the gentleman who did my nails, an older guy started laying the acrylic way too thick. Whenever I try to intervene and ask questions he didn't understand English . 2 hours later I hated my nails, however I still tipped him and show gratitude for his time period now a week later, I have three broken nails and it's horrendous. Did my pedicure, then turned around and did a manicure on someone else and used the same clippers, cuticle scissors, etc. I wont be going back.
