Gary's wonderful staff arrived to set up our buffet table and make sure we were all set for the food delivery. They supplied silverware, napkins and sturdy plates as well as "to go" containers so our employees could take plates home. It was THE BEST food we've ever had catered to our office. Everything was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. And the portions they delivered were huge! The employees are still raving about how great the food was and asking when we can have Broncos catering again. The coleslaw was just OK. But it's hard to ruin coleslaw. The brisket was tender but somewhat flavorless, except for the charred surface. That had a nice but mild flavor to it. The ribs were small and had a lot of small bones in them. But they were decent tasting, tender and somewhat juicy. However, I used a bottled sauce to make them better. All in all I'll say 3 stars about sums it up!!!
