There is a site listed in Bethesda but what they don't tell you is if you drop your car there, it will need to be taken to Gaithersburg for the work -- dropping in Bethesda they said would therefore add 2 days (one day on each end for delivery) to the service window. So I took it to Gaithersburg. They initially estimated 6 business days. Then they found a small additional amount of work which seemed to extend it to nearly double that, which was very bizarre. They did get it done a couple of days earlier than that which was great. Easy to work with though and they managed costs directly with insurance.

I need a light bulb change, their estimate was to do a whole license plate light assembly FOR 1 light bulb - $77.50. I replaced BOTH BULBS for $12 removing only 4 SCREWS. PAINT on the light bulb cover? A new OEM is exactly how it looks. Tried to charge me on axle boot and axle separately and me knowing ITS ALL IN 1 PART - $156 + $287. MUFFLER missing? I can literally see it and so does my friends with confused faces when I went out to a car meet few days later - $417. With an inspection fee of $139.99. (No "fail forgiveness" discount but $35 the second visit). **UPDATE** Today, a week later, they called me and left a voicemail asking to talk about my Subaru more. THEY REMOVED MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE WITH SIMILAR VERBATIM. They sent me an email REMOVING the suspension estimate but everything else is still the same. I completely understand the ball and joint, axle and CV boot replacement as I have replaced a few of those in my lifetime and it's common, but I don't trust them touching my car after all this. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. My car? Not so much. A headlamp and front quarter panel lost a high five with the reinforced back of a panel truck somewhere down South on the way to visit family. Upon return to Maryland, my insurance company and I made arrangements to have work done by Zamora's. They had years ago done some excellent work on another car we have. My service coordinator, Alex, always kept me up to date on technical proceedings with my car. When it finally came time for pickup, my car nearly looked brand new. Panel lines lined up, no orange peel in the paint, and the color match was flawless as they clearly secured manufacturer paint. All repairs were clearly itemized and the payment was made efficiently from my insurance. I will assume prices were reasonable / consistent with the market as my insurance provider did not balk at the quote.
