John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. While finishing up putting my old window back in, I brought up the scratch and he acted like it was nothing and said he could fix it. He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. He finished putting my OLD cracked window back in, meaning I was still stuck with the same cracked window I was paying to have replaced. Then he starts talking about how he normally doesn't come out on Sundays and says I should go to someone else because now he would be breaking even. Then he tells me if I want him to come back, I would have to pay him MORE. He also told me I'm complaining like his girlfriend. That's when I told him to get the f out. He left. After he left, I checked the car and found out the passenger speaker wasn't working. I also found the piece holding the speaker to the door was broken. So I trusted this guy because he claimed to have 15 YEARS of experience, specifically warned him about damaging my car, and somehow ended up with the same cracked window, a scratched car, and additional damage to my speaker and door.
