PAID FOR A DOOR REPAIR AND CAR RETURNED W/ BROKEN WINDOWS! It's disappointing that I have to leave this review because since December, no action has been taken to fix my windows. I've gone back to the shop at least 6 times (only to be turned away) and have been talking to at least 3 employees (including the owner) who have degraded me, hit on me, and gaslighted me with remarks such as: "Do you have a man in your life?" "People lie, your windows were broken before." "My guy told me you have an electric issue." Before giving them access to my car, I was told several times that they are professionals and that there is a warranty. I guess those were lies because here I am 4 months later still texting the owner at least twice a week. Also, my fuzebox was left dismantled and a razor was left on the floor. Thank God my child did not get to it. It's very sad and makes me wonder if I wasn't a woman and possibly even African, would I have been treated this way. read more

They called me back within 15 minutes and gave me the quote (which was significantly cheaper than what insurance quoted). I brought my car in and within 2 hours it was completed. Unreliable and irresponsible. After getting a verbal quote, I never heard back from the owner. I was up against a deadline to get my car repaired and that was when they went dark on me and would never return calls or texts to drop the vehicle off. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I am actually worried what would have happened to my car if they actually did work on it. You can't trust shady people that lack simple communication skills. Just because you can turn a wrench, doesn't make you a successful business owner. Avoid Avoid Avoid! Visited this place because the price was cheaper than other locations. Initial visit went pretty quickly and windshield was replaced. We got heavy rain in the area and the next morning noticed the inside of my car, dashboard and ceiling was soaked. Called and they asked me to bring the car back and they would fix due to warranty. The guy who fixed me car immediately started arguing with me after the owner asked him to repair. He then proceeded to argue and fight co-workers. I left because it was a circus. I came back a few days later after speaking to the owner and requesting someone else re-install the glass. It was done and now about a month later the same spot has started to leak again and the inside of my car is soaked. I refuse to go back so I will pay for quality work! read more

I would have given this place five stars. They had a window in stock the same day I needed it urgently. It was fast and inexpensive. However, as I was driving home from getting my car with a new window, I noticed my Ray-Bans, that I had worn on the drive there, were stolen. I called twice and asked, the person on the phone even said "oh yeah I remember you wearing those and then putting them back in your car". Anyway, every time I called asking about my Ray-Bans (which were prescription) he said he'd ask the person who worked on my car and call me back. He never called back. Also, when I mentioned they were prescription, he sounded surprised and almost disappointed. Anyway, take all of your valuables out before taking your car here. Bring my car in to get brakes and rotors.I asked could I get the thermostat and belt replaced as well.Anyway to make long story short,I had to call the police to report my stolen because they refused to tell me where my car was located.I was never told that my car had to go to a different location to be worked on.Then when I asked multiple times as to where my located,I was given the runaround.They could've at least said a general location as to where it is.I was given a quote of $600 to to do the repairs.Once I was told that the belt was the wrong one I asked for the money back that they charging me to put the belt on.Got the run-around about that as well.Then they have enough nerve to say that they are still charging me the whole $600.$300 for brakes and rotors replacement and $300 for labor.Do not come here.Avoid this place at all cost.I miss my mechanic...... read more

This is a wonderful place and the people are so nice! My boyfriends window broke on a Sunday night before memorial day, so nowhere was open or was going to be open the next day and we were worried because it was raining and was supposed to rain for the next week. We called 4 places and all of them basically said that they could not do anything for us as a last resort and desperate we called this place at 730pm and the owner was so nice and told us that even though they do tires that he was willing to take a look! We got there 10 minutes later and he took us almost right away,they worked on the car for about 2 hours (in the rain) and although they could not fix it (not something within their power) they did everything they could to help us and even taped up his window for us and told us to come back in 2 days and he would have someone who could fix it for us! It was very much appreciated and we dont know what we would have done with out this place! read more
