Actually my stepdad, my mom and myself have been coming here since 2007. I know that I have spent thousands of dollars from this place and I've never haggled or complained about their prices. I purchased 2 disposable vapes from here and once I finally opened them (approximately 1-2 weeks), both vapes were duds. Malfunctioning and would not draw any vapor. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed. I will never spend another dollar in this store. No respect and zero customer service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money for vapes that don't even work.
