Moe asked me to take pictures of each window that needed replacement and text them to him. He responded within 30 mins with a quote. We then scheduled a time for him to come over and measure the windows for ordering. Windows arrived and were ready for installation within 10 days. Everything went smoothly. He seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about safety. He made sure certain windows were ordered with safety glass if they were low enough that someone could fall into them. They gave me a price and came by in the evening to install the glass door, one of the door glass broke while they were installing it. So they had to order a replacement and a week later they came with a new glass door. Mind you it was at 7pm in the evening and took 3 hours to install. Last week the glass in my sliding door suddenly shattered, no clue why but I was in need of help. I sent out a request to several companies and got a message back within minutes of these guys saying they'd send someone out. It was close to sunset when someone came out to assess the repair but I was ecstatic with the current situation it can be hard to get anyone out. The gentlemen was very professional in keeping me posted as to price and expected time frame. The work is fantastic almost new, except some of the outer plastic trimming was cracked when it had shattered which is outside his scope of responsibility and to which he offered to fix next time he was in the area anyways.
