Incredible service from Mike. Truly cannot believe the end result. BMW had a chip with legs a little larger than a penny, which overnight had gotten worse. Called Mike on Friday and he told me he would be here Monday between 12 and 2. He was very professional and gave me a heads up on when he was on his way. He worked super fast and was able to get the chip fixed in less than 30 minutes. BUT, most importantly, the work is immaculate. From the outside looking at the windshield, you cannot even tell that there was a chip there. From the inside, the crack is at least 85-90% less visible. HIGHLY, highly recommend. I just got a windshield crack patched up by Mike on my 2017 Audi A4. He arrived at my house on time, and had the crack repaired in about 20 minutes. The repair came out great! Fast & easy process to get my two chips fixed on my Tesla model y. I had a chip on my front windshield and also on the moon roof. My BMW X1 got a quarter size crack on the windshield while driving on the highway that was being repaved. The crack looked quite bad. It has a butterfly shape with some fractures extending outwards. I searched on Yelp and found Auto Glass Mender who recommended Mike at Glass Fusion for small crack repair. I contacted Mike. He gave me a 2 hour window the next day and showed up during the two hour window. Mike seemed very experienced and was also very careful. He took about 20 minutes to repair this crack. The purpose of the review is to share that Mike is a super honest businessman. He immediately told me that the crack went all the way through our windshield which was odd.
