Following an extraordinary night out with friends my vehicle was tragically broken in to. My driver side back window was crushed in and broken. I called 5 different auto glass fix shops on a Sunday at 1AM. Every one of them said 24 hour administration. Glass General was the ONLY one to answer and literally pick up on the first dial tone. It was like they were waiting by the phone. A great lady by the name of Shay replied and tuned in to my concern. I sent her an image of my vehicle and windows to kick the cycle off. After considering the price and responsiveness to the questions I had, I chose Glass General to complete the necessary replacement of my windshield over the competition. We scheduled the repair within an time window with the day and location convenient for me. The morning of the scheduled repair, I received another reminder, which I again confirmed. As we were getting closer to the repair time, I received another message with the specific arrival time. Once onsite, I provided the keys and was contacted once the repairs were completed. Upon inspecting, I found that not only had they repaired the windshield, they resolved an issue I had with the alignment of my wipers blades. They were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Excellent service! They replaced my rear windshield after it was shattered. I was unable to open the rear trunk door and I thought that the replacement would have to be postponed until it was fixed but the technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able disassemble the lock, replace the window, and reassemble the lock with no extra charge. I found them through Yelp and I'm glad I chose this company because it's not easy finding a company willing to go that "extra mile" for the customer nowadays. Unfortunately we had our window busted out or car on the night of 7/16/21. My brother referred glass general as he had used them months before.
